I have been in Naval since 7/19/2023, almost a month, all of the time has been spent on Naval —————————————————————— Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer? I wish to become a Senior Officer so I can help do more for the ISD, and also assist the Shock and DT better especially since they need some assistance getting their numbers up as well. I will also be able to assist Naval more than I can now, I can help lead the NCO’s and train new NCO’s as well while still trying to get more people to join Naval to bring our own numbers up as well —————————————————————— What are the duties of a Senior Officer? The duties of a Senior Officer are to help lead those that they command, they also ensure that everything runs smoothly on the bridge during any attacks such as the ones that have happened lately. And also to train new NCO’s, ensuring that discipline is maintained while allowing them to have fun while they do their jobs. As well as training personnel to keep them ready for any potential assaults and making sure the bridge and other important locations are maintained at all times. —————————————————————— How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer? I will assist the battalion with good leadership, as well as hosting tryouts whenever I’m able to, along with doing SIM’s or training drill’s. I will also be able to help better during any warfare situation as well as tactical planning or strategic strikes. —————————————————————— What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer? I feel that I would be qualified for this position because of my leadership experience in the real world, and my current experience helping Shock lead their lower ranks. I’ve also received compliments from the lower ranks on my work.
