There are many ways that I can improve and better advance this branch. For example, I can make sure to help with the organization with commanders of SF (This means updating roster, etc.) and make sure everyone is doing there best while on the job. I can also get the the activity up by doing multiple tryouts a day, so that there will be many opportunities for others to join. Another improvement is to make sure that you're interacting with everyone in SF and making sure that they are doing good and not having any issues. I also believe that is is our responsibilities as an AO that we make sure everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves on the server this means doing sims and other things, and also making sure there are no minges to disrupt this experience. I also want to be able to help this branch because there aren't as many AO's as there used to be and I want there to be people to look over and help SF and be able to have the ability to help in anyway they can. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I should be trusted in this positions because I am very reliable when it comes to helping others, and I can be on at anytime, if my help is need at that time. I also have played the server for a while and have also have had previous experience as a naval member, and know what it takes to handle this type of position. I can also be trusted in this position because of the fact that I can respect others opinions even if their opinions may not match with mine. Why do you want this rank?: There are many reasons I desire to have this rank. The first reason, is that I want to have the opportunity to be able to work with SF and still be able to have an impact on Naval as well. This also allows me to get a new experience with this type of specialty, and I get to interact with new people and also put some effort onto helping another battalion. I also want to get better by challenging myself to being able to take on different responsibilities and making myself a better Naval member in general. This rank is important to me because I want to help others in any way possible. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes, I understand this What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: My purpose within this branch is to make sure all SF is doing there jobs on a daily bases. This means doing patrols on and off the ISD, training, and making sure they are behaving and following instructions. This also means that I have a job of making sure I do tryouts, organize the battalion, and even train to better my skills as an AO as well. Also another one of my duties in this branch is to make sure SF activity is up, and make sure everyone is doing well, and if there are any issues, it is my job to resolve them. The final purpose of an AO is to also know what ships are coming In and Out of the ISD and Identifying the ones that are not allowed to be on the ISD.

Why should you be trusted with this position?: I believe I should be Trusted with this Rank because I don't like really Abusing it against fellows players/Battalions in anyway shape or form Because than you make Either Your Branch look Bad Or just your Battalion that you would be in at the current state. I want to hopefully one day Overlook cobra squad so I will do anything and always go my hardest when on Navy to show my effort and what I have to bring to Navy As well. Why do you want this rank?: I Hope to join this Rank because it seems there is less people in it currently and I want to work with SF a lot so this is a great opportunity to work together and helping NCO's with tryouts trainings. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes I Do understand the consequences I may receive when I get Striked in Navy. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: Maintaining the Star Fighters corps, and to test new Aviation technology, As well as helping out NCO's and Officers with tryouts and trainings making sure there activity is doing well. Talking to SF VCMDR's + about how SF's current state is and the changes that should be done. Go to SF Meetings to talk about how they did that week. From my maybe short but great time in Naval I've spent a lot of time in ATC and it can seem a bit slow at times, now I am not sure what the Star Fighter Corps does on a day to day basis, but I would instate more frequent patrols and trainings so ATC can actually direct more traffic and the Star Fighter Corps get to spend more time in their ship and get better at flying. Although if we want more traffic we need more pilots in my opinion, it could definitely be a time zone issue, but at most I see 1 maybe 2 SF's on (at least for me) during "prime time." More frequent flying would show off SF as an active regiment and thus we would get more pilots. I would also implement (if there isn't already) more passive RP, as navy we go around on maintenance patrols routines regularly and I would like to see something similar in SF were they would make sure ships are in fully functional order and test different things around their hangar such as the cranes and lifts. One last thing I would try to improve is the appearance of SF, I've heard from multiple people across the ship that SF is one of the least serious regiments onboard. Now I am not sure if these statements are true or not since I usually spend a lot of time on the complete opposite side of the ship or if I am lucky in the ATC, so my interactions with them have been brief. But nevertheless I would try to spend more time over at SHB and make sure they represent themselves as formidable opponents outside of the ship on missions as well as serious onboard. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I believe I should be trusted with this rank because I am an active (although fairly new) member of the navy, I am on most of the day and since I recently game back to a game I used to play daily. I've racked up 48 hours within the last to weeks, over the span of about 4-5 days, most of the time spent on the Imperial Server. I've held high ranking positions on a fair few server over my time and when I find a server that I like, I tend to stick around for quite a while. Why do you want this rank?: Mostly because I love aviation in general, it fascinates me on several levels, while I didn't go the SF route I want to try to make an impact on it. As well as I want to bring more to the ATC sector that might be seen as "dull" or "Time for me to watch movies." While it might not be the best reason for it, I want to be a pilot. I could of course use my other "life" as SF but I want to spend as much time in naval as possible and splitting that between SF and navy just seems idiotic when I have a chance at getting at least some action through the navy. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: Being the link between SF and Navy, if there's an issue I can help bring it fourth and hopefully get it sorted quicker so they can take their minds off it. Helping and steering the regiment in the right direction whether it's through simulations, more trainings or fixing those flaws that the commander of SF might not see themselves.
