    As we hardly have HC it would be better just to give them to LC and HC along with medical like how it use to be. 

    The reason they were removed is mostly due to how unregulated they were and so a certain group of people abused them by waiting for a medic to get on after they died with a barret instead of just accepting the lost. So just having some basic global guidelines for all departments on defibs would be an easy fix.

    Yes you may argue that if one these minges are on the job and fucks around and there may not be any PD/State Supervisor or even Command on at the time to deal with them, just make a report ingame so staff can help and handle them and demote them off the job and relay further information to the Departments Supervisor which can then relay that to their command and get their whitelist removed and become blacklisted etc

    This report seems petty in nature. Also breaking the model would entail using restrains or sweps like the facepunch to alter the hit box, This is a temporary animation that according to what Salad has said he didn't know the animation hadn't ended yet.

    With the money it gives u more when u get money from printers or bitminers.

    With xp u get more in general and for the skills on like a 1x boost for both

    While I understand the Frustration of being gunned down out on the street just because Crim said they are doing a Silo. There are still rules in place for Cooldowns and such of the Silos, Also I feel like this only happened due to it being a late night SL doing Crim activities if this was during the day when more gov are on it wouldn't of been as big of an issue.

    I do agree with more rules being added as it would make these situations more concrete but I don't think if someone was to put a Silo in a Neutral Area it would no longer be considered a neutral area or just call staff at that point since it is a neutral area they are actively doing a crime in it.

    Thanks for letting me join the department. I think its time for me to reduce the amount of things I need to attend to every week since I want to play games for fun and not worry about meetings and trainings. So thanks for the fun times and see you around.

    arena is fun for everyone and i personally havent experienced lag from this, Arena is also a easy way for Gov to get free ammo as you get a bunch from it rather spending time and money buying ammo, also not sure for other depts, but i would even incorporate Arena as a end of training activity as well
