1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : My current ingame name is Drosxo for ISB:IA and Del Meeko as my lore characters name within ISB:IA 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Security Bureau: Internal Affairs Department, Deputy Director (VCMDR) 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: I would like to be apart of this command team cause i belive i can help it improve. I have the time, the willingness to help it grow and even tho i dont have any experience in a command position i belive i could do some great things for ISB:IA while learning new stuff from my Director (Commander) Caidon. I am also planing on trying to get more people who like Heavy RP to ISB:IA so we can grow as a Battalion. In general since i joined i had a very warm welcome from all the members and thats the image i wanna keep ISB:IA to, maintain the professionalism while also being helpfull and respectful to others. Lastly i want to add that since our battalion doesnt have a Deputy Director's spot i want to assist our Director and help him as much as i can in all sorts of things. 4. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: In my personal opinion the main purpose of a commander is to improve it, showing officers of the battalion the correct ways and behaviors and ensuring that they reprsent the battalion correctly and accordingly. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I think i should be trusted cause i have showed that i am well aware and properly educated on how to act and how my battalion runs by our Director. I like to think that the other members of ISB:IA respect me and trust me on holding that responsibility of Deputy Director and that i will drive ISB:IA to great things. In general im a very honest person that i acknowledge my mistakes and the opinions of others and i dont try to enforce what i belive and i openly listen to other suggestions of the members of my battalion. I am very open minded and im always ready to learn new things from more experienced people. I belive i can properly teach our members or new members the ways of ISB:IA. I generally like the Heavy RP that ISB:IA provides and its one of the key factors of why i joined it in the first place. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am active every day for 5+ hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have no warnings currently. I truly hope i am qualified for the position cause i really want to help my battalion. (100+ words): I generally have a lot of knowledge since im a graduate of Medical School myself. I am very good at explaining and helping people understand there problem and i would say i have a think out of a box kind of mind so im able to come up with solutions in stressing times. I also like to teach people a lot about Medical stuff and i think i would bring a lot to the table as a Officer. Also i have worked in various places such as rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy centers and occupational therapy centers giving me a lot more experience from different Medical Officers in different areas and different treatments. Last thing is that i could pass all my knowledge to our Medical Staff making them not only better at there job but also better as a whole person understanding a lot of thing about how should another human be treated. 7: Why should we trust you as a Medical Officer? (100+ words): I was always helpfull to other and i was never a troublemaker. While i have a lot of expirience on Hospitals about the manners you should show to ill or injured people and also our Higher ups, i have also seen a lot of incompetent Chiefs passing all there duties to other people just so they can sit back and relax on duty. I belive im a good leader since i have led a lot of team of junior Medical staff. Also i have been a part of naval Officers, IQ NCO'S and most recently ISB. Those positions have gave me a lot of experience in how to command and help new people get to know the Battalions or the server it self. As a Officer i would provide leadership and try to be as good of a rolemodel as i can not only on the Medical Enlisted but also to our Junior Officers. 8: What do you bring to the Medical Corps? (100+ words): I put at first place having fun and enjoying what your doing in the game. Having Officers that take everything seriously is a turn off from the element of games in general. I could bring that fun and enjoyable gameplay while also keeping the rules and regulations of the battalion. Since also i have real life experience from the Medical field i can bring not only realistic scenarios but also the real life meanings of being in the Medical field. I could teach our Junior Officers and Enlisted about real life scenarios and the real life treatment about different problem another human being could have and they can use it towards Role Playing so we could get the peak realism factor in the Medical Corps. I am more then welcome to help anyone that has questing about anything since i possess the knowledge and i am more then happy to teach new things or learn new thing from my other Officers in the battalion. 9: Why should we accept your application over other applicants? (100+ words): I do not have the ingame knowledge about Medical but im sure that my real life knowledge is more that qualified for this job. I like the heavy RP scenarios cause thats the best part of Medical. I can bring up a lot of great ideas for the battalion from real life scenarios and experiences cause this is what i do for a living and im enjoying every bit of it in my life. I possess the passion to make Medical grow not only in numbers but also in knowledge. I would continue the heavy roleplay Medical requires and have everybody involved so they can get the experience they need to continue the our Medical legacy. Lastly i wanted to add that im here to stay for the long stretch and im not planning on letting down my Command. 10: Do you have any warns? If so what for?: No i do not have any warns.

- REP I agree with what skelel, Smithy, Jerry, Goblin and Cinder stated. I could not agree more with there statement on the power you already possess as a GroupCaptain. If you really wanted the best for the Regiment you would of ready made changes to it and by doing so you would of shown that you truly deserve the Marshall position.

+ SUPPORT I would say that in my time at Naval he helped me a lot understand the ropes of the job while being respectful and having patients. I think he will be a great addition to the naval junior officer roster!
