What have you done for Security Officers?
I have made a New Advertisement that Security Officers can send to personnel who are interested in joining the Security Officers. I have attempted to Improve activity for All personnel within The Security Officer team. I have made sure that I am active as well making sure I am constantly On the server every day of the week looking for Possible candidates to join the Security Officers! I would also say myself is the Most active security Officer out there, Me being me, I haven't / cant do anything astonishing for the Security Officer team but I can tell you now, If I am to get Agent Kallus or DDOS I would be able to make sure everything is up to code, and that we can get more personnel into the team!
What have you done for Shock/Death Troopers?
DT - Whenever I am not doing Naval Duties / Shock duties, I will be aiding the Death Troopers, Aiming to ensure that we are doing sims and Trainings whenever we aren't doing anything to make sure all Death Troopers are up to code and are eligible to stay within the battalion. If not, I would relay that information back to Death Trooper command. I am also always on the server looking out for possible promotions to be said to Death Trooper Officers that can possible help out the Death Troopers to any astounding personnel or people that stand out within Death Troopers.
Shock - Whenever I am doing the Duties of Overseeing the Shock troopers for the time being on job, I am always hosting tryouts, trainings and simulations whenever I can. I am always relaying Important information back to Officers whenever I see personnel that might not be fit for a position within the Shock Detail. Whenever I am on job I am always calm when responding to scenes, and making sure all other Shock troopers are as well. I am never just stood around near / at the brig, I am always making sure that the Shock troopers aren't Minging, abusing elastic restraints, abusing arrest / unarrest stick, or any tools they have. I am making sure that they are all up to code and making sure that the brig is all up to code as well.
What can you bring to Security Officers, Shock, and Death Troopers in the event you are accepted for this position?
I can bring My many skills of Dedication, Discipline, Professionalism, Leadership and Activity. I will make sure that all these skills are ensured when on duty. Dedication and Professionalism are required to be this position as this position is high within the Shock and Death Troopers. This means that you must show Dedication and Professionalism whilst on duty. Leadership must be shown when on duty to make sure that People don't take advantage of you making you seem like a bad leader, You need to take ownership of the actions of personnel under you and you must show that you can perform as a good leader whilst on duty and off duty. You need to show to personnel that you can be entrusted to lead the Security Officers, and work closely with the Shock and DT command teams! Activity that I will bring wont have been seen for a while from any Other Director of Security. My activity has been mentioned by A Senior Commander, Our old Admiral and Most Vice admirals. I have shown that I deserve this position by my Activity being more active than most Security Officers and NCO's.
Why should you be trusted with this position?
You should entrust me with this Position due to the fact I have been a Naval Officer before meaning I know how naval operate from lots of different ways. I have been a Shock Officer meaning I know All duties shock officers should do off the back of my hand. You should entrust me with the Position of Agent Kallus / DDOS, Because I have a quite good relationship with Shock and DT Command teams meaning they should be able to entrust me with this position. I can be entrusted because I know when to be a serious role-player and when people can have fun, I have also learnt that people can be given a second chance, and that you should never judge someone by the first encounter you have with them.
What is the job of a Security Director?
I believe that the job of the Security Director is to make sure that All Security Officers, DT Enlisted and NCOS as well as Shock NCO's and Enlisted are all performing well. They mostly focus on working with the Security Officers to make sure they are all active and not joining and staying inactive. I think that the job of Security Director is to ensure that all SO operations are running smoothly and that there isn't any slipups within Security Officers. The job is to also handle, Promotions and Punishments making sure everything is right within the Team. They also handle with making suggestions for updating documents and making sure that if any new things are put in place they take it up with the Overseers. They are also responsbile for maintaining activity and the Security Officers activity whilst also keeping up with there Quota and keeping active themselves.
