3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? :
I would like to be one of the Vice Commanders of ST to support in the leadership of Stormtrooper and to build up the regiment to be as great as it can be and thrive with a strong officer corps and active NCOs. I have stuck with the Stormtrooper Corps for the time which I have been on the server for and loved spending it with the Stormtrooper Corps / Scout Sub-Branch. I would love to help more closely with the leadership of the regiment going forward, offering my own experience to this regiment. I have watched as the regiment has gone from having only myself as it's only non-VCMDR officer to having a more stable footing with promising NCOs rising through the ranks and I wish to assist in this growth further.
I strive myself in talking with fellow ST Officers and NCOs about ways that we can bring more activites and things to do for members of the regiment and try my hardest to make sure people have a reason to stay in ST. I make sure to get to know who I'm working with and offer my knowledge of the regiment to those who have questions. My connection to the members of this regiment and the leadership I can offer is what has lead me to want to apply for this position and I whole heartedly believe I can forefill the role to a high standard with the regiment's best interest in mind.
4. How much game time do you have on the server? :
As of writing this, 233 hours however when I am on I do not AFK and usually do not get on prisoner miner.
5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? :
I would think that a commander has multiple purposes. One of such purposes would be to lead the regiment through means of facilitating meetings, promoting activity within the regiment through promotions and building a strong officer corps to run the regiment under them. A commander would also more practically make sure that the roster is kept up to date and communicate with troopers regarding anything that they might have done wrong when filling in certain formats. In a more roleplay aspect however, a commander's role is to lead the regiment on the ground and instruct troopers in the regiment on what they should be doing. This part would typically be more up to the regular officers of the regiment but may be extended to the commander through the use of the radio during events to coordinate all troopers regarding what is happening during an event. A commander is expected to hold high standards for their subordinates and punish if they do something that is against the rules, being able to make the right judgement.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
I believe I can be trusted to be a commander as I have been the leader (highest rank) of scout for some time now, albeit assuming the role of SCTCPT, SCTAL and SCTL respectively and have taken that time to get to know how to lead effectively on the server. This would be combined with my overarching position as an officer of ST. I believe I can be trusted as I have put work towards bettering the regiment by making suggestions on how Scout can improve and participating in discussions regarding weapon changes for roles within the Stormtrooper Corps. Furthermore, I have experience from another server in leadership positions acting as a Colonel for both Medical and Deathtrooper for about 2 - 3 years each as well as 2nd in command of Navy and High Fleet so I am familiar with being in command of a regiment with a sizable amount of people under myself. To the degree that I have extensive leadership experience, I hope that this can help build faith in my ability to serve the Stormtrooper Regiment.
7. How often can you be Online? :
I would usually be on every day after work or later on in the night. My time might fluctuate due to irl commitments but I have recently passed my exam so I should be able to show better activity going forwards. (I do still have a full-time job though)
