(150 Word Minimum) I’ve played tons of SCP-RP servers since the genre came out, from semi-serious to serious. So far Gaming Light SCP-RP has been one of the most fun and greatest servers I have played. I want to further my experience and help the server by becoming staff. I give the benefit of the doubt in most situations and I'm not too harsh to players, especially if they are new. I’m of course willing to put anything needed in my steam or discord name. I can always be in teamspeak. I will never argue with others in public areas as that gives us a bad reputation. I will always follow the staff handbook and will never be biased or go out of line for my own personal needs. I just want to honestly help the server out and take reports for people in need and have fun whilst doing it. Some server genres I have staffed are Militaryrp,SCP-RP,SWRP,Darkrp amongst many more. I can attend any meeting or event needed for me to attend if I'm available. I can be on most days for multiple hours, especially weekends. Thank you for considering. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring them and ask them if they know what they are doing and to please calm down. I would check logs to see if they have an insane amount of kills within a small time or look at a clip if the reporter has one. However, there is a few things that in my opinion that may effect the ban. What curses? (If racism longer ban) Prior Offenses. If they calmed down in sit or kept cursing. 5 day MRDM Ban + Formal Warning and a larger 1-2 week extension if NITRP and Racial Slurs. I would tell them the benefits of the server and how fun it is if they actually tried playing and didn’t just minge or ruin other players' times. You gotta communicate with the person in a way where they will understand and listen and not just type goofy stuff. Doesn’t matter if you say it over mic or type there can always be a correct way to tell them and an incorrect way. If they just curse and keep it up I’d just dish out the punishment and wish them a good day and return them.

Spider and Solid Why are you a good fit for Trauma Engineer (75+ Words)? As I said on my engineer app a few days ago, I'm still here to help maintenance and utility grow. I can do some good roleplay from things such as SCP Containments to fixing the vent system and pipes and much more. I am already currently command in maintenance and I hope that proves I am more than fit for trauma engineer. I was told applying for trauma engineer by multiple command members is the way to go and I just wanna help utility,maintenance and trauma engineer branches as a whole. I am also aware of how branch combining works as the trauma engineer job isn't just a maintenance job. I will work with anyone in the trauma engineer sub-branch regardless of their main branch. I will help anyone who needs help when I'm on the trauma engineer job and I think I’d be a great fit. What should you prioritize? I would first go heal the Nu7 CPL as its more important in terms of priority. Then I would tend to the 966 cell issue as he is deadly. Q2: SCP-106 is on its last advert and is about to breach. As you are enroute to 106’s cell, a squad of MTF D5 Gladiators requests that you squad up with them. What should you prioritize? The obvious answer would be fixing 106 cells. 106 is a very deadly creature who can take ANYONE he feels like into a shadow dimension. I would tell them I have to go halt the 106 breach and then I would help them after if there are no current breaches or maintenance priority things I would need to attend to.

Firstly, Maintenance is my main branch and I really want to see it grow even bigger than it is right now. I am a FTO currently and I spent 2 hours yesterday training recruits. Although yes I'm only currently an MP I feel as if I'm competent for such a position. Secondly, I will list some prior experience. I have been playing GMOD RP for around 4 years now through different steam accounts. I have around 2k hours rping. I started playing SCPRP (not GL) around 1 year ago. I have held many officer/command positions ranging from servers such as SCP-RP,MilitaryRP,SovietRP and Clone Wars/Star WarsRP. I have already proven I can be active and flag on when called, as I'm sometimes on for many hours a day. This opportunity to even apply for Engineer means a lot to me and I hope one day I can make it to senior command in maintenance. I never power trip or yell at people. I usually talk with people nicely first before having to move on to more stern talking to. For things such as fights between lower ranking members, I would come about letting both sides give their stories before concluding any sort of punishment or talking to. I want to help enlisted people grow in maintenance and have fun doing HCZ patrols and more fun maintenance related stuff. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would ask them to stop RDMing and explain to them the possible punishments for RDMing and generally breaking rules in bunks. I would then direct them to some more fun things to do in maintenance. I would tell them they could collect garbage for a lot of money or do a patrol with me or even help fix doors. If they just ignore me and keep RDMing then I might have to move on to striking them or having a very stern talking to with them. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would verbally warn them or ask them to follow me and have a private chat with them telling them what they're doing and how they could get punished in the future for such acts. If they go back and just ignore me or get disrespectful with me I would most likely give them one last warning or move to just striking them and maybe demoting them if needed.
