-SUPPORT -App looks short and not a lot of time went into it. -Part of your reasoning for why you think you deserve staff is based on you putting in reports. -Answer to the last question feels incomplete. While I don't think you would make a bad staff member sometime in the future I do not see this app as being one of your better works. Your answers are short to the last two questions, with a feeling of saying the bare minimum. The question on "why you think you deserve the rank" in my opinion shouldn't mention putting in staff reports often as that can make it seem like you are too stiff or just always looking for something to report on others for. Lastly you just say warn for the last question but we want to see how you handle the sit situation. What steps do you take or are you just saying that you would hop into the sit warn the player and then leave. I want to give support but I would like to see you put more into the application before doing so. If you get stumped on what to do read the handbook again as it is a great guide for this kind of thing and is used by all levels of staff as a reference guide.

+SUPPORT -Previously was in staff as a moderator. -Is a good dedicated member of this community for imperial rp. -Friendly guy. -He knows how to handle himself with troublesome players. From my experience with Antonoff in the past both in staff and in rp he is a great person and will be a great choice for staff. The above points are accurate as when he was in shock Command he handled things respectfully and quickly for the reporter and the player being reported.

@ReddingtonI don't see how that's an issue as it is the same with other battalions involving their spec ops sub branches? Just was saying is all and if they are in a spec ops mission or just in general there is normally always a spec ops on if it is that big. It's what you guys want though.

+SUPPORT -When I did the update for the hacking tools I didn't know enough about how RG worked. It makes since the overseer should get the hacking tools too. -Support -I do not think the senior guard needs to get it as body grouping to be able to be a shadow guard I do not think is a good idea. As if you become a Senior guard first there is no reason to ever use the shadow guard whitelist. -I think adding it to the overseer job is fine but not the officer job if only Shadow guards are spec ops.

@Jacstur No you don't Tank have their own tags set up for the channels an everything. I even just checked that. They seem to share Vice Commanders and commanders but at the same time don't and share roster update but have separate Tank channels otherwise. Their discord is set up like how navy is. Navy has an overall tag that all of the navy branch use [excluding DT] and the rest of their own channels sharing command, announcement and roster update. It's 3 battalions working on on discord section. Same with ST and Tank. 2 battalions using one discord section only for whatever reason Tank and ST Vice Commanders and Commanders are on both their rosters when they don't interchange like that and have to transfer to tank still and everything. Either way I still think you guys are separate enough to get the whole CMD structure tangle untangled and each do their own thing that it would be a help 1. 2: I think you all should do more with your storm commando's for sure.

@Jacsturummm they aren't a sub battalion of ST. Havent been as long as i can remember being on since last year.

@BeckettI think they are wanting variants of those guns that have silencers or just quite versions of the gun as they seem to be a stealthy version of Pyke

So something that I would like to see from Stormtrooper is more separation from Tank trooper. Honestly I always get confused when it comes to you and tank and think fully separating for a bit might be beneficial but that's just my outward opinion on it.

I check the main imperial forums every day when I get up and regularly throughout the day to stay updated on the latest happening. Occasionally I will check out the website and infrastructure suggestions to see if anything new is being posted there. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I have been on the server for and in the community for almost a year and in that time have risen to be in the positions I'm currently in. I have worked hard in trying to foster a good time for others and myself in the community and would like to continue to do so. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I think I am of sound judgement as I do my absolute best to read into both sides of a situation and to get as much info as I can before acting. I have taken quite a few staff sits that require decisions to be made about how to handle them and while non come to the top of my head about being too difficult I stand by rules are rules. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would direct them to the appropriate forums page for ban appeals and issue a verbal warning for spam and then remove the spam. If the spams continues I would request a warn from a senior diplomat as that is what it seems is protocol for in the handbook unless I'm misreading that. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I would issue a verbal warning to not be arguing aggressively on the forums and ask that both take a break. Basically I would try and deescalate the situation before asking for a formal warn IF they choose to keep going after being told not to and not be respectful to each other. I know my app isn't long but I get the jobs done when needed.

A few ideas that come to mind 1: a button to change the life from 1 too 2 or vise versa. As of right now there is no way to change it without adding them as a new player to possibly overwrite what's there. 2: Archive button on profiles-CMD+can see this. In my time as CMD with this new roster I have loved it. It's been a great tool for seeing things in the past however one thing I noticed is as people did more it became more and more of an effort to scroll down to important info like the LOA's and who's edited the user. I think a good QoL fix for this might be the addition of an Archive button. The basics of how I imagine it could work (could be different based on how you guys have coded it) is that what is displayed on the profile is only that weeks info. Leave the overall roster info the same but in the profile of each player it only shows that week. From Sunday to Saturday. When the system was coming out I heard it was backed up regularly and didn't take much data so have CMD members be able to click this archive button and put in a date data range and it can show them all the info between that range. Including time on jobs and stuff. I think this would be helpful for CMD members to keep what is pertinent in view for there battalion as most CMD teams do things on a weekly bases. This is just a base idea for the suggestion and can be expanded as needed or seen fit. Side note: Make this a month for the CMD Roster following calendar dates rather than on going so that HCOM can see who's doing well with activities without having to go into the profiles each time. So change the Activity logs there to just start of month to end of month. 3:Mass editing. Another thing that I had found was during meetings or when the battalion is really active and there would be a good handful of promos I found it tedious to go to each profile to click promoted. Maybe a mass edit option for CMD members that allows them to promote all the people they want at once?. Not sure how this one would work but it's been a thought for a while. 4: Meeting attendance Just making this one something we can checkmark to green from the main roster page without having to go to the profiles cause it takes just as long as typing it I found. Might make the feature more usable or rename it to roll call and use it as a ongoing roll call check mark (which is what I did when in CMD)

While I think this is a good idea I think maybe the GCC control center might be better. Mostly cause it's size and lack of use right now except for data raids by pyke. Idea's good but I think it might work better in that area.

As of November 04, 2023 the hacking priorities were removed and all of spec ops could hack. Right now only IC can spawn them in I believe which hasn't really changed and their were bigger projects to work on. Also Fireteam Specter is spec ops. An updated list was posted for commanders and they were listed there. This list is just the non IC spec ops and not spec ops support. But no It is no longer IC's Thing.

What do you want to see?: I would like to see hacking tools be added to all spec ops entity stores Why should we add it?: With all specs being open to hacking and there being no more priorities in it I think it would make the most sense to allow all spec ops battalions to be able to buy hacking tools from the f4 menu Who is it mainly for?: I've listed the jobs that would be affected from what I can tell at this time. Having the app on mobile and PC I am used to checking it from when I was commanding one of the battalions on Imperial RP and for checking the Imperial RP GM channels on the staff discord for updates and such. I personally would love to join support as I have recently found myself helping others with support and in game issues already despite not being apart of support. So I really want to +support this post for a couple things in it but also there are some things that I both disagree on and have not seen with pyke. First off the reasoning of using more tactics I think is a little funny as the other day when talking about it and what I've seen is the pykes "tactics" seem to be run and gun for the most part. And when bringing this up the conversation was immediately shut down. I personally have not seen that many tactics that you guys can do right now nor when I was in pyke. An idea is planning out a lookout, sniper, rendezvous, ext.. however everyone wants a piece of the action and just run guns. It help you guys have the BM weapons already and can already do tactics but I haven't seen them. Second I do not think you guys should have the bacta grenade personally as I feel like that should be something exclusive to medical to drive more people to them. It's a really good grenade for that and I would love to see more medical at this time. +Support for the other grenades though (impact, Smoke, incendiary)

-SUPPORT You were removed from GM in less than 24 hours cause you went and changed the map causing a crash, you were told what you could do and immediately went to a part you weren't allowed to do. I have also not seen much of change from then and this post seems to use ChatGPT. You have several warns as well. Overall I do not think you are up for being staff at this time.
