I dont really want to make this or resign from swat but I cant make myself join the server anymore and it genuinely feels like a chore. Ever since the change from rockford, being active on the server has been miserable. Ontop of this im going to college in less than a week and wont have time to be active in SWAT. i can reformat tmrw when im not on mobile if keltor has proof of me being unprofessional that he is going to show higher ups then in those same clips of the sit will be proof of him being unprofessional

yeah nah you can’t realistically say that we are expected to be professional when the server is dead meanwhile people who are high command pd rdm eachother constantly when server is low numbers. I told you the context of the situation and so did the other party and you STILL decided to persist in punishing me. once you knew he wasnt serious about the “harassment” there was no reason to continue the sit as he basically admitted that it was a joke. if i am “unprofessional” for joking around with my IRL friend at 3 am when the server is dead then every single person on pd is “unprofessional”. he reported me as a joke i didnt report anything

Also, please dont say “you must be professional even when the server is dead” when i can watch high ranking pd on the job who are also admins (or higher staff) rdm eachother 50 times over when the server is dead.

My IRL friend made a staff report that i was following him around and telling him to "get off" because i am friends with him IRL and i know that he has work in the morning. Keltor read this sit and assumed that it was a sexual remark and sat me and called me "unprofessional" (i was on my PD job at the time) and threatened to ban me for ERP before i could even get a word in about the context of the situation. After i explained the context and my IRL friend told him the context, he still decided to call me unprofessional for "goofing around" on the job. At this time there was maybe 4 active players on the server so I really don't think that telling my friend to get off for the night is "unprofessional". Even after explaining the context of the situation, Keltor still mentioned that he is a CPL in the PD and was "going to review the situation with higher ups". Is that really necessary for a misunderstanding of a commonly used phrase that CAN be used sexually but wasn't in the situation? Keltor's persistence to want to punish me even after the situation was cleared up with both parties is not how staff should act.
