Can anyone here read? I am asking for a singular answer of if both sides of a warn need to be spoken to, some people are saying you do and some people are saying you dont. So which is the real answer.

I'm trying to do something and some admins are saying that both sides need to be spoken too and some are not?!. So who in the hell is lying to me here buckaroo? Do they or do they not need to be spoken too? Also MiniEpic said I tried to do this shit to other people in the same night which is a shitty ass lie, because I did it on another night not the same day and it was only to one other dude. Did you read anything I said? The dude I shot said no one spoke to him and with in 30 seconds of me shooting him I was warned as you can see, so obviously no one spoke to him.

Here zerg this is the proof, with in 30 seconds of me shooting I was warned also the person I shot is going to reply to this and say he wasnt spoken too!

I was told by MiniEpic that to be warned that both parties needed to be spoken to, and in my case the person I shot was never spoken too and when ever I made a admin sit for them to speak to him they were closed and no one would listen.

I was told by MiniEpic that to be warned you needed to speak to both sides, in that situation the person I shot was never spoken to and my sits to explain the situation were never answered and kept being closed. So I am confused why I was warned and the other side was not heard and why no one cared enough to speak to the other party after I made multiple sits about the issue.

I get jailed and warned for ARDM after trying to kill somebody that asked me to kill them.
