Because there is still a lack of command with in Medical at the moment from my understanding. And I think I can help with that, I have been a very active and I am going to continue to be active as possible. I would try to get people to join medical because we always need more medical on to heal people on the sever. I would encourage people to join subbranch's like field medic and medical research's and try to promote people who are active on the sever and that are doing a good job. and keep aa eye out for those who are tainting the name of medical.

8-1. You have found a Resident Medic in HCZ, what do you do? Ask to see the medic's id. then ask the reason on why he is there in the first place, if he dose not give a good reason. like being taken there by a medical high command. if he dose not give a good they that would be a strike and he would be out
8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them? i would first explain to them on what Field work dose and take them through what they would like how they would act in in d block during a riot and what do do during a GOI raid and teach them about combat healing and go through on how to link up with mtf and do portals and of course give them the Field medic SOP
8-3. You see an Experienced Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do? Ask them why they have shoot them if they did not get shoot out by a d class first then. But if they are just shooting them for no reason then demote them .
