What have you done for Security Officers? I was a former SSO and now SO I've gotten multiple people into SO and have helped with interviews and have also continued to get SO to do some RP with at least 4+ with us online completing SO missions, follow that's I've also hosted multiple SO officers meetings with amazing success. And ever since I joined SO over a month ago the old Kallus said I would be a good prospect, so I continued to then work harder I've constantly would try to do tryouts for both Shock and DT and still continue to do that.
What have you done for Shock/Death Troopers? I've hosted tons of try outs with both battalions and have also done training for both battalion as well as sims and missions. As my current rank I've also worked with both of them to do multiple counts of missions and simulations to get the best RP of all 3 of us making sure were never sitting around and not doing anything. And with the power of the Security director I will make sure we always have a interaction between all 3 battalions with out question. I've also made sure in the SO meeting I hosted that both of the battalion where properly invited and made sure they gave SO's a word not to do this or that and to further improve our relationship.
What can you bring to Security Officers I will bring extreme activity with in the Shock and Death Trooper battalions maintaining a close relationship with both of them, with DT I will host retracted missions like capture missions of leaked data or leaked information given to the rebels, for shock I will host capture/detain missions and Simulations with hunting people and trying to keep the peace with in the Empire. Following both battalions I will continue to host fun Sims and Missions, I will also give out training to those that are in need and practice with both battalions.
Why should you be trusted with this position? I'm current a LTCOL/Commander for the naval battalion and a Senior Moderator, and Game master. I've also been the longest standing SO ever since the old Security Directors resigned, I was also a former Saber guard.
What is the job of a Security Director? The job of the Security director is to maintain contact with both the commander teams of Death troopers and Shock, the primary job of the Security Director too is maintain the TSO-Deputy Director. And overall managing the SO sub branch also making sure all the SO are properly trained, And to provide RP for the branch Meaning Sims, Missions, And weekly assignments. Another big thing would to be to over look any lower Shock and Death troopers as you heavily work with the battalion whether its helping a new 2ndLT or helping a enlisted understand the ropes of the battalion. And if I do get Security Director I will continue to host the SO meetings and continue to get all the SO online for missions, it is also to make sure all SO Docs are up to date.

I'm not an expert with the staff rules but I believe you can't hold someone hostage on the server when they have to get off and they aren't in a sit. From what I'm aware of there was not a formal sit made and Mork who was involved in the incident warned and banned them himself which you shouldn't do because of bias.

Neon as of right now and currently is the most active officer in the Starfighter Corps and is a highly active and an effective personnel. For Neon's rank of Major he already acts as my 2nd in command when I am away or off , he is also one of the best members of SF at recruiting averagely and is showing people the ideas of SF and navy and what us as a battalion do but also as a branch do and how it can be fun and worth people's time and effort.
Neon is on of the more formal people I know always following rules and regulations and one of the only people that I know who are always serious about their position and want to keep it up and act as a strong figure of SF and he has verbalised to me that he want's to help SF gain better and become even better than its old self (back when it had a full roaster) He has also verbalised how he wants to help other people on how they work or how they act by teaching them what they should be doing and teaching newer people how to do anything and everything
Presenting forefront of what is needed for a command position I believe Neon is ready to become a commander and will surely be a great one but only time shall tell I give you the best of luck in your endeavours as becoming a vice marshal. You will learn fast hopefully and you should truly become a Vice marshal some day soon and I hope you will do good with me at that position.
I have been working with Neon for along time even back when I was in Nova (RIP) and I know he wants to do everything good and I hope he gets this position so he can start his way going up in the command team.+1 buddy gl

Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I believe I'm qualified for forums diplomate cause, I always have a eye on the forums looking under the IRP and general section of the forums I have also been forum moderator for other Dark RP server and IRP servers so I have experience with forum moderating. Sense I'm active I will always be looking out for anyone in need or any trouble makers on the forums, I'm constantly scouring the forums when ever I can also making sure all application are moved to the correct section of them for safe keeping and documentary information.
Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision?
I think to have good judgement due to the fact of me being a IRP staff member for around 2 month, and going constantly having to deal with staff issues and hard decision. I have been staffing on the GMOD community for over 3 years and have been elected at Co owner, Head of Staff, Support Manager, and many more so I was always needing a good judgement. With my experience under staffing I would always give out a corresponding punishment to the crime at hand, so with my judgement I think is it qualified enough for the job of Forum Diplomate. And with situation I had to deal with a person at hand reporting someone for Failrp and me continue to make my final choice of jailing the person committing and with the other person a warn for Rdm due to the fact of the reporter also breaking a rule as he admitted to it.How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers?
First I would hand out a verbal punishment as (name) please stop spamming the following topics if you will like to get unbanned for Gaming Light servers please make a ban appeal for the corresponding server you are banned on (I would send this is DM). continuing to hide any of the spammed post the user has sent, and following by if this happens to continue my supervisor will be able to fine a suitable punishment for the actions.How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal?

Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to be considered as Support member, because there isn't always enough Support online to help with the number of TS Problems that are spammed. I wanna be there to help the Support members and members when their struggling with problems and can handling all the problems at once. There are many times that I get on and there's TS connections, or discord issues happening with no support online, I would love to be the Support member to be able to get online and help the community. I would like to make the Teamspeak/Discord experience more fun and enjoyable for the new player and older players in the community to enjoy. This community deserves to have Support that are active 100% of the time and are there to help everyone out. I would make the community a better play by being there whenever I am needed and even being there when I'm not needed. I am sure that I will help this community and the Support team. Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer?
I wish to become a Senior Officer in the navy, I believe that my communication skill, and my leadership are adequate enough for this position. Following that I would also like to help the naval with commanding bridge/help during events even more than I can with my current abilities as NCO. I hope to see the Navy grow as a branch and work alongside my fellow members to achieve those goals and to see Naval Thrive. With the position of Senior Officer it can also help me to grow into a better person all around with behavior, leadership, activity, and helpfulness. I hope to be able to prove to everyone around me and to myself that I am ready for a position like this and that I continue to grow within the Navy and assist anyone who needs it to grow as well.
What are the duties of a Senior Officer?
I believe the duties of a Senior Officer are, To show enlisted the ropes of the battalion and help them reach the point of Junior Officer and even maybe reach Senior Officer. It also requires you to set a very well made role model for the server no matter who it is. Alongside making sure no Junior Officer or enlisted go out of line making sure all naval look good for the server with yourself included as we are seen as the backbone of the ship and the ones who ensure order is withheld in the galaxy and the empire. We are meant to be seen as a serious branch. I would make sure that the Enlisted are doing their assigned sectors as well as ensuring that there is a standard in the training that Enlisted receive by conducting Training and Simulations to keep people busy and to promote naval to the server and just generally show our Activity. Last thing is I think Senior Officers should be communicating with the whole battalion not just enlisted, Junior Officer, Senior Officer, but the whole battalion just to check and see if anything can improve or better help Naval.
How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer?
I will also assist the battalion by being active, showing leadership, assisting everyone in the battalion with either completing an assignment or any objective they desire. I will be hosting simulations and training to ensure that there is cohesion within the battalion and that we are all on the same page and working together to get the battalion to become closer and work more smoothly. I know that Naval is an amazing place to grow with tons of potential and objectives to soon become true.
What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer?
I can help with activities by hosting tryouts any time I can, I also understand most things in naval so my knowledge about naval can be excellent. On Other servers I have been in leadership positions before such as Lieutenant General, Major of 501st, and Lieutenant in Naval. I am also very experienced in making Rosters, and SOPS/documents for battalions.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I am a very active player and respectful to others I don't have good experience with ServerGuard, but I have good experience with ULX/SAM, I know enough about ImperialRP, I will be active and I will be more as a staff job more than other jobs in ImperialRP, I have a basic knowledge of the ULX/SAM commands system , I will be quick for someone in need. I will warn someone as soon as I have proof that they are bad sport and I first spectating them before doing something .I try not to interfere with things that will hurt me or my reputation. I also like helping people in assistance when I can. I don't believe in people who is disrespectful and I don't really appreciate it for those people then I know they are lying. I carefully listen to people to understand and to warn/ban/kick someone. If I'm being a staff, I'm doing to help people as best as I can. Sometimes there's no staff, so I could be useful or if all staff is afk or on the sit. I want to make the community bigger, I want to warn people for a bad behavior. I want to help out on the server. I've seen rule breakers on your server and I want to stop it. We all know that nobody likes rule breaker, hacker sometimes anticheats helps out with it. I've been on the loads of players can not be handled by the small team of staff. On some occasions, there was actually no staff online - leaving a hole server for trolls to abuse. I fully read the rules and I know I'm not a rule breaker. I'm always constantly on Garry's Mod, I currently have 2000+ hours game time on Garry's Mod, I feel that I could better this community and put all of my experience dedicated into community. I am often on late at night when some staff are not and I witness the rule-breakers not being punished and feel the need to step in and take control of the situation. I am gamer and I play all games all night long. Some times I'm serious, sometimes I like to relax and rp. I am 16 and I haven't really felt the need to be Staff in a game until now, Garry's Mod is full of trolls that need to be taken care of for example Youtubers. I am very active and sometimes I can't play because of family problems. I play everyday from 1 hour to 12+ hours. I believe this will contribute to my time as Trial Moderator hugely, most of the time staff members could be busy with sits and having more moderators could free up the server admins for serious and urgent problems. I would like to be staff because I want to help other people if there is a problem and to make peoples experience on Gaming light better. I really love to play ImperialRP with people. And I really would appreciate a chance to be staff on Gaming Light. And I will never do dumb thing on this server because I don't want make people leave Gaming Light server forever and forget about it.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First I would try to defuse the situation between them, and once they are calm ill be explaining what's going to happen - banned.
If not defused by me I would request my next in the staff COC so if I where Trail Moderator I would request a Moderator to help. -

Why do you want to become a Trial Senior? [150+ words] I'm a dedicated person who always wanted to be an officer. That's my main goal when it comes to joining any server. Gives me a better chance of becoming an officer in saber guard since I want to take on more responsibility not only within the Royal Guard, but also pursue a leadership position in Saber Guard.
I’ve always had a desire to become an officer because I have a belief in becoming an officer since I’ve always viewed it as an enjoyable experience you can have. Especially since as an officer I’d be able to talk when necessary but having the option just makes it so that I’m able to say something and be trusted to say something as an officer. I also wanna help command since in my eyes it’s a noble duty in helping the people who run the regiment you love.
Since joining RG I wanted to be part of Saber guard since it is invitation only and being invited makes me pretty proud of myself alongside having the ability to have a say in inviting others. This application isn’t about becoming a saber guard officer but it’s about showing that I’m responsible if I were to ever apply for a saber guard officer position because it’ll show that I’m already responsible and proven when it comes to leadership positions.
By explaining why and how I have a desire alongside how being a Trial Senior guard will help prove that I’m worthy there’s lastly the aspect of me being an officer. It’ll show to both others outside and within the Regiment that I’m a trustworthy individual who is able to handle issues that pop up but also organize and speak with other regiments when wanting to plan missions or sims out.
How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words]
I’m very active and I do sims and training for royal guards, alongside this I take on responsibilities within the regiment. Lastly there's the big one where as a command member I’d be able to host joint missions and training.
I’m pretty active everyday for a couple hours, whenever I wanna hop on I come on knowing that I wanna protect my VIPs and host some fun sims for the regiment and server. I’d usually be on at 3 EST PM after school and I’d be on all day for the weekends. Meaning that just like everyone who hops on the server during that time I can watch over the men and plan some cool stuff.
Responsibilities within the regiment I think about hosting sims and training with the men alongside making sure no one gets in trouble. Sims and training are important because it means people are participating instead of sitting around which makes people think of RG in a goodlight but also makes for fun experiences when it comes to the people on the server. Secondly there's also making sure that the rules are followed and the oath of silence. It’s important because it’s part of our loyalty and shows how disciplined we are in the game.
Joint missions are important because it brings branches and regiment together on one thing which creates unity among the ship since we worked together. A joint mission like a breaching mission where we’d coordinate alongside searching for jedi and holocrons. It’d be where RG and IQ can work together in dealing with Jedi as purge troopers handle going up against Rebels with guns.
