If you Trusted your Officers more, you would give them at lest the Respect to hear them out and let them in on the decision making of the Battelion.
And don't say this don't work because SCP dose it just fine.
Also Naval us to do this back when Ducks and Mikey was high command the amount of Opinions are not the problem.
Here how I would do things and how I'm Currently doing things in SCP
Let the Command Highest Make the post (aka the Commander) but get the opinions of everyone in Commanding Officers and Vice Commander+ alike if that's to much to do make a Google doc and get all the Officers to make Suggestions then set up a Meeting about it.
Your command for a reason after all lead! And build on for the future.
And if you really want to live by example let other Battelion throw in there two sense as well
You would be surprised what ideas some ppl may come up with from other branches
Has happened to me a few times in the 2 weeks I've been SCP command So why not?
Anyways rant over had to give my two sense here.

Director Franklin quickly gathered his best team of research and development members and left to the abyss where he set up a base nearby the entrance. How much time do you have on the server?: Over 4-5 months
How well do you know the LORE?: Not too well, but I believe I know the servers lore a bit. Though I am interested in learning more about it, I plan to do research on Starwars entirely when I get the time to during school hours.
Why do you WANT to become a Senior Gamemaster?: I believe I can assist this team a lot, considering I'm always on and willing to help out. I'm available at anytime allowing me to always be there to assist any GMs with any activities or events if they need help. By becoming a SGM, I believe I can make myself have more ability to assist others when it comes to practically anything, such as trainings or even getting people to join the GM team. I want to help as much as possible pretty much to sum it up.
Why should you be trusted to be a Senior Game Master?: People know me in the server and know that I would never abuse my powers, I'm someone who makes sure that others as well aren't abusing their powers and are doing things they're supposed to and keeping them from doing things they aren't supposed to be doing or are even allowed to. If I become a SGM I can vow on my position in the GM team and my position as staff that I would never abuse the powers granted to me if I was given this rank. All I wish to do is support the team I love and help it grow further.

Are you experienced with planning Mega Events?: Yes, I've started planning them and doing them quite a lot.
Give an example of a mega event: Operation Blackhawk. Imperials on the ISD are sent down to Tatooine to take out a rebel base that has been making a mass amount of weapons and other resources for the rebel army. Imperials are ambushed once they arrive by Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Chewbacca after making their way into the canyon. With these highly wanted criminals here, the Empire steps up its attack to try and capture them, only to realize they have been surrounded by rebel forces and must fight their way out to survive. Once they defeat the rebels they will be forced to retreat where they will be chased back onto the ISD. Once on the ISD, a rebel fleet will appear from hyperspace and quickly destroy the Pandora. The rebel fleet will send everything it has at the imperials to take out the ISD and end the Imperial army on board the ISD. The Empire will battle with everything it has to keep their lives, eventually defeating the rebels and taking down any capital ships or flagships in the air space.
How active can you be: I'm on practically every day.

I know you in-game and I've had many interactions with you. You're a kind person and a good friend, I know you would never do such a thing on purpose and sometimes things can happen that cause systems to slip. Hope you get unbanned and have this removed from your record, because you are not deserving of this. -
Today after getting home from school I went onto my email to check for anything new or out of the ordinary, then I saw a message with the title/subject "
Max, Important Notice" and the message was just a bunch of all caps letters with 2 attachments. I previewed the attachments and in one of them was a somewhat messed up message. The message basically said that a virus has been installed onto my PC and that they threaten to post a fake video and send it to all my friends and family as well as social medias and the video is very messed up. They threaten to do this if I don't send $1000 to their bitcoin wallet within the next 48 hours.
If anyone here knows anything about this stuff or can assist me in figuring out if this is a real threat or not please leave a comment on this post. I need all the help I can get cause I'm constantly stressing about this now and I'm honestly scared of what could happen.
