With the recent mass resignation of key command members, the chain of command has become leaderless and unstable. By joining the junior command and encouraging other researchers to do the same, we can create positive change, restore balance, and regain the initiative and prestige we once had. One crucial aspect we need to address is the recruitment of young and fresh minds into the research division. We are currently lacking in various areas, including , PTs , mass , and research logs. I am determined to rectify this situation by advocating for more FTOs (Field Training Officers) to train command members, to host PTs and Mass Tests. These activities are essential for the advancement of our research. Research is an integral part of the SCP Foundation, and it is in danger of decline. I am committed to preventing this from happening and revolutionizing the way we conduct research. By implementing these changes, I aim to breathe new life into the research division, ensuring its growth and success for years to come. What can i bring to the table other's won't Leadership, balance, and progress are crucial aspects we currently lack. We have barely scratched the surface of what lies beyond our understanding, limiting our progress. The SCP Foundation was established not only to secure and protect against anomalies but also to push technological boundaries for future threat prevention. However, our leadership structure is flawed, with high command burdened by responsibilities that should be handled by low command. By assuming leadership roles and encouraging others to do the same, we can alleviate this burden and restore balance. Without a middleman, coordination falters, and chaos ensues, hindering our ability to accomplish anything meaningful. What would you do to better Research and increase activity?: In order to foster a culture of motivation and excellence, it is essential to recognize that we all strive for something and seek rewards. Unfortunately, our current system lacks the encouragement needed to ignite the passion within our researchers. To address this issue, I propose implementing a comprehensive incentivization plan. This plan includes enticing rewards, such as giveaways, rapid promotions, and engaging mass tests. By offering incentives that are truly worth pursuing, we can inspire our research staff to unleash their full potential and become the best in their field. Through this approach, we can cultivate a driven and exceptional team.

I’ve been a researcher for about a year I’ve risen through out the ranks i’ve seen many D Class, foundation personnel and friends be killed mained and ripped to shreds through the multiverse by creatures only nightmares could dream of i’ve seen creatures both sweet and friendly and horrid and evil I’ve come to know and respect the researchers at the foundation and have many fond memories with ’ I’m on pretty much everyday from 3 and 4 PM until 8 or 9 PM EST. the foundation and it”s research branch have given me some very good memories and happy times i have now seen researchers come and go over the time i’ve been at the foundation Nydekor and Billy bob in particular who sadly left the foundation to seek a better life they have served many years with the foundation and deserve a good and happy retirement and now it’s time for the next generation of research including myself and many more to take on the mantle of responsibility for research low command and finished what they started. What can you bring to the table that others can't? I Can Bring Leadership Order and efficiency with my charisma willingness to pull rank if necessary to insure cohesin amongst the ranks and lead an efficient and effective foundation division. I would also straighten out a lot of new recruits i’ve seen way to many young inexperienced Jr researcher disrespect and disobey their superiors and i plan to change that with a zero tolerance stance i also plan to do more when it comes rewarding those who echeave and promote those who make a good example for the foundation and the research branch. I maintain a demand for respect and loyalty to one’s superior and will not tolerate disrespect and disobedience there will be greater consequences for breaking these stances and will better educated Jr researchers on the fundamentals of respect and safety and reward those who follow suit. command also needs more people who are active during peek hours from 4pm to 9pm and i’m most definitely on everyday between these hours What would you do to better Research and increase activity? 1. I would begin by rewarding those who callout good talent and who deserve promotions we lack fellow researchers who do this 2. I would encourage more creative MT and Group Test on SCPs not commonly tested on and encourage suggestions on bringing in new SCPs and creative MT and Group tests 3. I would begin punishing those who do not carry out MS and Group tests as these tests help new and up and coming research to advance up the promotion ladder i will also call for more promotions and reward those give out the most promotions 4. I will also encourage researching and studying SCPs on the SCP wiki and doing SCP knowledge test and quizzes during down time and code red and code black moments 5. I will encourage more senior researchers to give advice and to help educate jr researcher during and before and after tests to help researchers along during there first times in the foundation I will also reward those who do so 6. I will also be more strict to when it comes to smartass jr researchers who disregard the MOTD act asses or give others a hard time punishment will be more swift and those who deal with such acts appropriately and professionally will be greatly rewarded.

  13. Name Dr.Cap Rank: EXEC People involved myself scp-049 and 2 mtf Test: I wanted to see if SCP-049 could cure a a subject afflicted with SCP-610. Test Outcome: We obtained a D Class subject infected with SCP-610 and brought it to SCP-049 Cell at first SC{-049 was taken aback by the infected asking what it was we told him it was SCp-049 an anomolus infectus virus created by the Sarkik Cult we told SCP-049 to cure the infected individual but at first he refused stating that it was not in his field we told him to use his pestilence cure he then agreed it was when he attempted to cure SCP-610 that the infected person expired on the spot and the corps vanished we then told SCP-049 we would get a D class has commination for his participation. Note: Due to the unexplained phenomena that accrued with SCP-610 more tested may be needed in the future. I was unable to get a photo
