Honestly unacceptable. To be honest, you guys as well known members of the community and also staff members makes you look bad and the staff team horrible.
When I was online at the time for the 5 minutes, you guys were harrasing a Crip and ramming him into a wall multiple times. Legit ruining his experience on the server, doesn't matter what he did you still shouldn't have done it. Also the unprofessionalism during tonight from some of the staff members in making reports on other staff members makes you and everyone look bad.

If this would not conflict with any addon that is currently on the server it would be a nice little change to have. Of course it wouldn't change all that much, but would add a little more realism to the server.

I feel like there is more to the story honestly, expect for a 15 seconds video. What I can see from the provided evidence you were getting in the way of a assault/arrest. You had many chances to get out of the way of the arrest or assault, battery.
Personally, no warn is really needed. A verbal warning may be better in this situation but this is my POV of the situation.

Guess I’m semi biased since I’m SRT, but I don’t see the need for this. When joining a department each have their own perks. Higher armor has always been a SRT perk. I feel like we are not picking now. I think SWAT combat wise as well as activity is doing fine with their current stats. I don’t really see the need for a armor increase. You are already pushing for a swept similar to our climb swept, and now you want more armor. By the end we will just be a worse version of SWAT it seems. I think as of right now no gov needs more armor. It’s hard enough for criminals as it is if they are not in a large group.

You were banned for Mass Homophobia, Mass Racism and NITRP which is really serious. I don't see any reason to why you should be unbanned.

Regardless of your age you're still responsible for your account. You were young but racism is still never okay, especially not in OOC.

These weapons are very powerful and should not be something that you should be able to holster. You have to understand that the MP5SD and the Dual KF2 are given out to Deputy Commissioner+ which is a very hard rank to achieve and those weapons shouldn't be easily accessible because of the weapon stats. Besides I don't think you understand what it would do to the overall pvp experience on the server and over time those weapons are going to be more common.
In the end I know you're talking about longer sessions but who would log off with a weapon that they can't holster and that they also spent about 65mil on?

I do think they should be rewarded with more things due to the amount of money they have spent, but I am not sure about the conditions suggested. SMT looking into more ways to support those players would be for the best.

With the current rules with raids there is no reason for grenades. In all honesty in the raids that they were used it was mass chaos. For example the gas grenade thrown during the pd raid hit the PD spawn and almost killed all of PD who were on NLR (I am aware drippy threw the nade not tac, but it still shows the range of gas compared to spawns).
This section right here is what is baffling to me. I have played in the majority of raids and normally crims can not even sit inside for more than 1 minute before being blown away. Saying that gov have the disadvantage is not true. After doing the math criminals have won raids 11.43% of the time. How can we say gov need a buff in raids when criminals dont even win but 1/10th of the time. Rules should be added as we perfect the system, but nades need to stay out of it or its going to be an unused system for criminals.

combat limits should be added for both crim and gov. Being able to snap half way across the map for both of them can be quite unfair since you don’t even know they are involved with this situation. Some concrete borders would be nice to see.

There is no need to remove the rule on government cars, nor should be changed. This being the rule is clearly as stated. This is a SEMI-SERIOUS roleplay server not serious, which I do understand it's not realistic; but its not even needed to change the rule. Plus, yes It could get less players in trouble but people adverting carjack for it most likely will not happen as I've seen countless times.
Additionally gov vehicles are immune to spike strips which makes it hell to stop one.

I agree with HuntR here, you are missing out on a lot of the requirements and I believe that you need a little bit more time in game and activity on the forums. You can also do a little bit more than just following the handbook, such as trying to calm the person down and when you get a higher staff to ban them also inform them that they are being banned (for how long and for what reason)! Everyone has their way to deal with situations but just some things that you can think about.
