What are you suggesting? - Changing rules of SCP (killing, recont.)/ NLR&Breach changes , also reducing scp health
How would this change better the server? - It makes SCP classes more fun and actaully playable, not just a waste of time as you waste ~45min breaching then get recontained in 5 min
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - literally none since SCPs are pretty poo regarding recontainment and other stuff
Who would this change mostly benefit? - everyone who plays SCP class
