    The dude has been through a lot in DT but has stayed at it through thick and thin. Anomaly has a good head on him and has tons of experience within the battalion at this point. It’s really nice seeing his forward-thinking on this app by discussing things he actually wants to change within the regiment, which seems to be becoming a rarity nowadays. I think his time and dedication to DT shows he is trustable for this position and I have good faith he would fulfill his role as a VCMDR valiantly.

    Having known Reaper for a long time and even being under his command when he was the IQ Vice Commander, I would say he deserves this position. Great at leading from the front, teaching others, and caring about all that goes on with people both in game and outside of it. The application isn't everything about him. You gotta meet the guy and you'll vibe with him right away. He's one of those people everyone can get along with and we need more of those. Reaper will make a fantastic addition to the Nova Command team and I look forward to seeing him accepted into that spot.

    How much time do you have on the server?
     I have around 71 hours linked to my account, however I've been playing the server for around 3 months.

    Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer?
     I deserve the position of an Officer in Shock because as an NCO I have demonstrated my ability to be a leader and role model for the enlisted, as well as going above and beyond the 3 tryout quota. As an officer, I would make sure NCOs and enlisted could come to me if they had any questions, while also ensuring Brig is a professional, yet enjoyable environment. I also know what it means to be an officer in a battalion, as I was a former 69th 1LT.

    Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position?
     I can be trusted to hold this position as I have shown my dedication as an NCO and I know that I'm ready to take on more responsibility. I believe I've shown my ability to complete quota, and greatly exceed it. I also put in a lot of effort in an attempt to make the TS and brig an enjoyable place to be, and I believe that I am more that trustworthy for the position of officer.

    If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't?
    If I was chosen to be a Shock Officer, I would bring an unbeatable dedication to helping Shock Command and other officers with trainings and sims, as well as being a reliable person NCOs and Enlisted can come to if they have questions. I know that I will give it my all, and be the best I can be.

    How active can you be?
    I can be active everyday. I will be active for atleast 2-3 hours on weekdays (after 5PM EST) and on weekends I can be on all day.

    What can you bring to Shock as a NCO?

    As a former Medical 1LT, I know first-hand the responsibility to be an NCO+. I am ready and able to be a respectful and reliable NCO, not only by exceeding quota every week but also as a role model for the Shock enlisted. As an NCO, I would strive to exceed my quota as much as possible, and I will ensure a more enjoyable and professional environment, making sure that the Brig has good vibes all around. I am always focused on whatever task is assigned to me and will ask for help as needed. I will put 110% into Shock.

    Why should you be trusted?

    I should be trusted as a shock NCO because as an enlisted, I make sure to follow all battalion and server-wide rules as they are listed, and I seek to be a reliable person you can come to for help, while also looking for help when I am unsure of what to do in a situation. I am a quick learner, and will adapt the new NCO ruleset into my behavior immediately, and will exceed quota every week. I look forward to being in Shock with all of you!

    4. How often will you be active and at what times? - [Weekend: All Day] [Weekday: After 5PM EST Due to work] I will be active as much as I can in that timeframe, I will look to be active ~4 Hours on weekdays and ~8 Hours on weekends, every 1-2 days.

    5. Why should we trust you as a Medical NCO? - As a former Medical RCCS 1LT, I know first-hand the responsibility to be an NCO+. I am ready and 110% able to be a respectful and reliable NCO, not only by exceeding quota every week but also as a role model for the Medical enlisted. As an NCO, I would strive to exceed my quota as much as possible, I will ensure a more enjoyable environment for all the troops and making sure that the Med Bay has good vibes all around. I am always focused on whatever task is assigned to me and will ask for help as needed. I will bring my A-game to Medical.

    6. Why should you be a Medical NCO? -  I should be a medical NCO because I will complete all quotas assigned quickly, while also going above quota using what time I have to play. I know that I am ready to prove I have what it takes and that I am able to take on and receive higher expectations and greater responsibilities, as I have shown my dedication when I was a Medical Officer, and I will bring that same effort and dedication moving forward.

    7. Why should we accept your application over other applications? - I believe that you should accept my application over other applications because I can step up to anything thrown at me, and I have performed exceedingly well in the various events I have participated in, and I will put 100% into Medical regardless of where I stand on the roster. I will show dedication to all my duties in the Medical Corps and I will show utmost respect to not only my superiors, but also my brothers-in-arms as well. I believe that I am ready to move on and receive higher expectations and greater responsibilities, as I have shown my dedication in the past few weeks and I will show the same moving forward. I will ensure a more enjoyable environment for all the troops by hosting enjoyable sims with a great reward, and making sure that the Medbay has good vibes all around. I am always focused on whatever task is assigned to me, and will ask for help as needed. I will continue to bring my A-game to Medical.

    5) Why should I be trusted as a Medical Officer?: I should be trusted as a medical officer because I have shown that I am capable of meeting quotas and expectations quickly, while doing a good job. I will step up to take tasks as needed and will perform said task, no matter what it is, to the best of my ability. I follow all the rules at all times, and obey orders from higher ups without question. I always make sure everyone, whether they are on the field, or on the ISD-GL are in tip-top shape, and ready to get into the action at anytime. As a Medical Officer, I would make sure that the troops in Medical are following the rules, and try to make the medbay a fun place to be, while making it so all checkups would be completed.

    6) What do I bring to the Medical Corps?: I bring a positive, and determined attitude to the Medical Corps, I make sure to be positive at all times, and not put others in Medical or any other regiment down. When needed I focus on the task at hand and complete it to the best of my ability. At all times, I follow every rule specified for both Medical as a whole, and Rescue Squadron, as well as making sure that the Medbay is a positive environment. While on missions, I heal and resupply everyone on the field, as well as deploy Bacta grenades and squad shields as permitted and needed.
