I am applying for nco I have 0 strikes I feel I should be trusted with nco because I try to be fairly active and I will do what I am told and if I do not know how to do what I am told I will try my very hardest to learn. I will try my best to do 1-2 tryouts whenever I am on a day and host trainings I completely agree with the strike within a week put back down saying if you are striked within a week you should realize how easy it is to loose your rank and be put back down without hesitation.
