  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : IC OSL COL 3411 Omega 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commandos 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a VCMDR of IC because as a regiment we are currently struggling in terms of leadership. We have recently lost 2 VCMDRs and a couple officers and while we are doing well, I would like to be in a position where I could help out more. I have dedicated so much time and effort into IC as a whole and am constantly trying to better the regiment. I would love to set up more scenarios for IC so that we can learn how to react to them in the future as well as develop a sense of professionalism. We are a special forces branch and I would like the opportunity as a VCMDR to really press to get us up on par with the name commando. I would love to be in a position where if IC is in a tough spot, I would be able to do absolutely the right thing to do and actually have people take me serious. I'm not just talking about during missions but also in general such as recruitment and operation changes. I have been in Omega for quite some time now and I love leading this squad of troopers and since Fixer is the overseer I would be able to do so much more for the squad than I already can. On top of all this I already have several ideas that I would love to bring up to both command and our overseer that could potentially change things for IC for the better. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 347 hours and 21 minutes and almost all is in IC 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a VCMDR is to be able to regulate actions, lead when needed, guide to the best of your ability, and be a role model for others in the regiment. A VCMDR of IC is held in high regards not only due to the title of the regiment but also because of who they are in lore. You need to be able to hold the regiment together in terms of during missions as well as during on ship duties. A VCMDR should constantly be looking for ways to improve the regiment. On top of this they should also be looking for ways to get their regiment involved in either missions or scenarios on ship. Another major purpose of a VCMDR is to know what to do in almost every situation so that you can either get your regiment out of a sticky situation or help to improve individuals and or the regiment as a whole. A VCMDR of IC is supposed to be able to guide other members so that they have someone who they can either talk to about situations or ask about how to act in certain scenarios. You need to be a leader of the regiment so that people know how to do things. One more purpose of a VCMDR of IC is to keep things in check such as members attitudes, subclass equipment usage, and the rules of IC and the server as whole. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I think you should trust me to be a VCMDR because I believe I have shown what it takes in order to assume this position. I am constantly dealing with scenarios accordingly and trying to pump out as many sims and trainings as I can. I have already done many things that has both improved IC and its operational uses such as subclass trainings and betterment of standard trainings. Another reason I believe you should trust me is because I go out of my way or drop what I am doing just to deal with situations involving IC. I care so much for this battalion that I actually take time out of my IRL life just to do certain things for it. A more recent issue in IC I have been taking care of is minging. I do not condone mingy attitudes at all and have talked to the individuals about their actions and helped them to fix whatever the problem is. I believe you should trust me to assume the VCMDR spot because above anything else, I believe in the caring and betterment of this battalion. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online anywhere from 6 days a week and around 4-6 hours a day to 7 days a week 4-10 hours a day. It really just depends on my college and work schedule for that week, but I will usually find a way to do something. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have 0 warnings and do not plan on receiving any.
  2. +support -Has shown dedication -Is active - is a good guy - helps when he can -Has what it takes
  3. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : IC OSVL COL 3411 Delta 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commandos 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?-- I would like to become a VCMDR of IC because I believe I can truly help IC and almost everyway possible in order to create a more professional atmosphere. Even though IC already has a good reputation I will never stop trying to push IC so that we can potentially become the best we can be. IC is the only battalion that I have ever put time into and since I joined I have been on every day trying to better others in IC and or pushing to get more people into IC. On numerous occasion I have proven what an officer in IC needs to do in order to keep our standards whether it be warning someone in IC or reported scenarios to higher command. I have led IC in many missions as well and would love the chance to do so at the VCMDR role and in that position on a mission be able to bring IC into more rp scenarios rather than just shooting enemies and killing hvts. I would love to do private missions for IC where they can really be tested so we can see what they are really made of and if needed where they can improve. On top of that I would bring more people into subclasses as we are lacking right now in some areas and actually allow them to do what they are trained for rather than just being with the average player doing the same as you would in any battalion. I would love the chance to specialize IC in actual special forces trainings so that if we are called upon we are get the job done in extreme fashion 100% of the time. As a VCMDR I would work alongside other command members and Officers to push IC to the point where we are the battalion that everyone WANTS to join rather than just being another option for someone. Another reason why I would love to be in the VCMDR position is because I would love to better the experience for newer players on the server and therefore bringing up the already good reputation of Gaminglight. IC is one of the main reasons I love this server and I would love the opportunity to be able to do a lot more for this battalion than I already do and in doing so make IC a role model for what special forces should be. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 302 hours and 29 minutes all of which but maybe 4 is in IC. I hop on anytime I catch free time in my path 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a VCMDR in IC is to assist where needed, lead our brothers in dire situations, encourage players to the point where they always feel like they have a home and can potentially better themselves, and guide others in IC and if needed in other battalions so that we can always know how to act in any scenario and if needed have someone to talk to. VCMDR's need to be the role models for others so that the members of that battalion can have someone to reflect their own actions on and also have someone they can rely on if they are in a bad situation whatever it may be. VCMDRs need to be able to lead in any situation no matter what it may be and be able to take the best course of action necessary even if it means choosing between two evils. On top of that they need to be able to act up to imperial expectations and in IC that means significantly higher than others. Another main course of action for the VCMDR of IC is to be able to give members a reason to get on and stay within the battalion whether that be through setting an example and or aura about oneself or doing sims and or missions. A VCMDR in IC needs to be able to represent for his battalion to the best of his ability and show what they are really made of to other battalions and enemies. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe you should trust me to be VCMDR of IC because I truly believe have shown what it takes to lead and help IC in anyway I can. I have encouraged others to change and or press to be better on many occasions and have never condoned mingey activities. I have always been open about how I feel about mingey activities to other officers and or the command team. I will always, even if I do not get the position, press for a better battalion. I put in so much time into IC so that I can help in anyway I can. For example, on Sundays I work from 3-10 and I always attend the meeting regardless and actually put things aside just so I can attend. I care so much for this battalion that I actually feel terrible if I do not hop online and try to better IC. I also believe that I have the respect of the command team and every member of IC. I try to be the best officer I can be and in occasions accepted that I am wrong. I will never not accept when I am wrong even if its the most dreadful thing I will always push to better myself so that I can be someone everyone can look up too. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online 7 days a week and multiple hours a day whether it be daytime or late night. The only times I have ever not gotten on the server is when I have internet or power outages. Sometimes I do work or go to college all day but on those days I get on for around 5+ hours and on my off days I get on for around 9+ hours. On my off days it is usually as soon as I wake up and get on my computer until I go to bed. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have zero warnings and, chop my head off for this, will never do anything that can bring along a warning. I will feel absolutely terrible if I ever do anything that will harm anyone mentally or physically. I am here to better the battalion and server in anyway I can and not to destroy anyone's feelings or harm anything in the server as a whole.
  4. +support has shown good dedication +support has shown he has what it takes to be and officer in ic +support knows how to deal with situations appropriately
  5. Current rank: SFC When were you last promoted?: 12/19/21 12:44 AM Have to ever been striked in IC: how many warnings do you have, and if you have some, how have you changed since?: None How active will you be? Be honest: Once to twice a day but its usually as soon as I get on to whenever I decided to go to bed Do you hold a specialty in IC? If not, which would you prefer: Scout Sniper Senior Are you qualified to train IC RCTs: Yes Why do you want to be an IC 2LT: I would like to be able to set an example for IC that we are a power to be reckoned with in terms of both activity and training. I would love to show the future NCO's and IC what we are all about and keep up a level of standard that people in other regiments can appreciate. I would also like to run more trainings and sims for everyone in IC to the point that everyone can always be learning something that can be beneficial in both IC and other regiments. Why should you be trusted to become an IC 2LT:I have proven to take IC and Imperial RP serious and also have proven that I am active. I have shown that I can listen and learn and reflect the knowledge I do learn onto others in IC. I also promise that no matter what I will stick / look after my brothers in IC either on or off ship no matter what. do you understand that receiving a strike will get you demoted from 2LT: Yes and I whole heartedly accept each consequence of my actions. What advantage would you bring to ICs by becoming an 2LT: I would bring my activity level and try to encourage others to do the same. I would also bring my level of training in IC into account and uphold what has been passed onto me and then pass it onto the others that will come after me. I will uphold a level of professionalism that will make IC and commanding officers proud.
