What rank are you applying for? I will be applying for the rank of Senior Pilot or the basic rank of NCO.
How many strikes do you have? I currently hold 0 strikes within the regiment.
Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? You should trust me with the NCO rank because I have recent experience within other servers being commander and a few officer ranks. I also tend to take the job of holding the position seriously as it represents who I am and how the battalion/regiment will look in the future to new comers.
What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? If I were to be accepted as a NCO I would be helping the regiment with tryouts along with training new comers on flying and flying tips. I tend to attempt to help with different flying techniques and how to help prevent people hitting each other during flights.
Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? I do agree.
