    Overall: -Support: From past encounters I know you are a nice guy, and you do seem interested in helping the battalion grow. However, I think you should gain some more experience first. And my biggest concern is the fact that you seem fixated on disciplining the enlisted on their errors. As a senior officer, I need to trust that the NCOs, as well as other senior officers, are able to trust and hold high expectations for the enlisted, and not be fixated on disciplining them. Because as I stated, NCOs+ should be fixated on inspiring the enlisted, because a battalion is only as effective as the people inspired into maintaining it.

    I fully suport this as I've seen incredible work yet as Mork stated I'd argue you need more experience.

    Why do you want to be a Pyke NCO? (75 word minimum):
    I wish to become a Pyke NCO as I see a significant lack of higher ranks on within my timezone which means I hardly get to partake in any activities nor do the other enlisted at said time.
    I believe I can fill this gap and keep enlisted engaged with activities throughout the day.
    I will be hosting raids whenever possible and make sure to keep a steady flow of tryouts.
    I believe I am fit for this position for that reason.
    Not to mention my previous experiences.

    Why I believe I should be trusted with the NCO position: 
    I've shown that I am incredibly trustworthy in previous positions such as Garrick Versio / Senior Moderator.
    And I believe my reputation speaks for itself, As far as I recall I have always been told I am easy going and effective at my job. to add to that I currently only have 1 active life which is solely focused on Pyke.
    My aim is to help the battalion grow and be a rolemodel to lower enlisted.

    Steel is one of the most deserving for one of these spots in my opinion. He is always on top of his work and has done great work within security, and I would love to see where he can take that from here.

    Well well well it's time, Everything comes to a end at some point. I've been sitting in my position as Garrick Versio for a while but feel a huge lack of motivation and feel like I push myself to be active. Even after my ROA. I've been dealing with IRL stuff and mental health issues and joined the server to escape reality yet it's time to move on.
    I've made myself a lot of friends on the server that I enjoy playing with.
    I've had great fun and have some special mentions:


    Odin: To this day my favorite person and best High command overseer.

    Astro: not only a fellow command member but a friend. Do great things my friend!

    Boomer: Although I've barely seen you on you've been a pleasure to work with. I wish you the best of luck!

    Mann: It's been great working with you and I would say you are up there somewhere with Odin.
     

    Bop: General Boppington will live on in our minds.

    Bon: You've set a great example as the first non manager palpatine, Keep it up.

    Name: I don't recall how we met but I enjoyed my time hanging out with you during downtime.

    Sainty: I recall you from the short time I was a gunnery officer and look at you now.

    Bub / Hex: You deserve a special mention here for the fun we've had.

    Wraith: Overall a good guy, I hope to see you again,

    Azreal: Someone I wont forget, I look forward to getting on for one of your events some day.

    I think Slasha/XT5 would be a great officer. He has set goals for himself and always reaches or exceeds those goals. Quota is always well above the minimum. Knows when he needs to be serious and switches off any jokes to complete the objective or corrective action as needed, definitely one of the best NCO's from what I've seen. The past experience is also a big plus.

    SF3 has done a great job as an NCO. He is dedicated to his position and always treats everyone with respect. He took my SN03 position 👀😄. No but in all seriousness SF3 is a great member of the battalion and will work wonders not only as an officer but also in his newfound position in seeker, I hope to see him better the battalion and Sub-branch.
