im always on, if you check the logs and clock ins, its just that im GMT and the server is EST so im usually on during off hours

Requirements for Maintenance Command (Operations Supervisor) application:
Be a Maintenance Professional+
No active strikes (excluding meeting strikes)
No more than 1 meeting strike in a month
No demotions within the past 2 weeks (14 consecutive days)
Have Great Reputation
Have Exceptional Activity on Maintenance jobs
Be knowledgeable on Maintenance SOP rules
Be an FTO+ and actively training

7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I think I should be command because of the time I put into this branch and I would like to dedicate even more time than I already am to it, I have have a good reputation and I train a lot of people and I try to train them efficiently and effectively, I usually try to help my trainees as much as I can such as giving them tours and going into detail about the SOP, I would also like to help the community and branch even more and making Maintenance on of the more active branches on the server I have never been command before but I think I have already shown myself to be capable enough for the role of OS, I like to think I have a good grasp of the SOP and I would like to enforce them and make Maintenance even better.

8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? By demoting them since they are refusing to listen and put them on a DNT for a period of time
8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? if no one is training and they are not killing anyone who doesn't want to join the RDMing then I would let them, if however someone is training or they are killing AFK people or people waiting their NLR then i will tell them to stop and if they don't then I would give them 1 more warning and if they continue I will give them a verbal and if they keep doing it I will start dishing out strikes.
8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? To tell them what they are doing and to tell them not to do it again, if they do it again i would demote them from Maintenance for a period of time and put them on a DNT.

Pretty active on my time zone (GMT) and is very good at RP jobs, for example Maintenance and E11 and he has personally helped me on the server before and i think he would fit the role of RRH Engineer very well

Why do you believe you are fit for Mobile Mop Force (75+ words)? because if i was in Mobile Mop Force i would be able to play in down time and no die to Class D because ill be able to kill them if i see them, instead of waiting for them to stab/shoot me i can take the initiative, im rambling here, i also think i would be a good MMF is because i am very active on Maintenance and would be able to help MTF and Gensec when there are none on.
10. What is the main purpose of MMF? to defend maintenance and kill any escaping D class

9. Why do you think you’re fit for H.L.P.R. Bot Alpha (60+ words)? i am very active, i make lots of precious metal, i fix things and i am the best, also im always trying to make armor stations in order to help Mobile Task Force and Gensec when dealing with D Class, i also want to be able to roam HCZ in case bad things happen, for example 106 tries breaking out and the only maintenance on are AFK or JM it would be too slow for the JM to get and Escort.
10. Chaos Insurgency is raiding and you see them breaching a Keter SCP (like SCP-035). What do you do? Call it out to MTF, it didnt say in SOP so this is a guess

Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: i was running to D Block but i heard voices in 049 CC, i walk in and theres a researcher and a D Class but when i walk away i hear someone's voice that i didnt see, so i walk in again and see no one else so i got confused because that means that they were invis and an infil but they had BIO in their name, (that part was prob meta ngl but i was generally confused) so in my confusion i ask if theres a Bio in case the researcher was in a cross test of something but it was a staff with Bio in their name Invis so i was confused but i understand how it could have been a warn, (im very slow)
