What experiences in leadership do you have?: I've been a scout trooper officer in another SWRP server, and have also been in leadership roles on ARMA 3
Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum)
I feel like I could make a good addition to the NCO corps due to my activity and commitment to the DTs. I'm pretty new to the team but I am familiar with leading troops. I have had a lot of leading opportunities in my life, in gmod and in arma, and I am currently in the army and I hope to apply some of the leadership traits I have learned there into the server. I also want to be a non commissioned officer because I look up to the Non comms we have now and hope to be at the same prestige that they are.
What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum)
I am very active, and follow my orders to the letter with urgency. I also help other DTs with any questions they may have, and if I am not able to answer the question, I will go out of my way to find it out for them. I can be held accountable for any task given to me and I expect to be held to the highest standard. I won't question my superiors, and if i make NCO, I will make decisions that the enlisted wouldn't question either. As stated in the previous question, I am in the army and I hope to help the new guys out with a few pointers that I have learned myself.
