Why do you want to be a commander of this branch

I want to become a vice commander to this branch because I've been on this server for 8 months and thrue time I can believe that I can uphold my responsibilities and duties as a vice commander. I have the experience and knowledge for the Purge branch. It is also because Purge has been the first battalion I have joined and since then I have liked Purge from that time it is still my main and only job on the server. I am also very dedicated to Purge, and I have spent many hours in it. That's why I wish to rise to a vice commander to continue my leadership among my fellow Officers, NCOs, Enlisted, and also to help the command team the best way I can. I am already active and a strong member of our battalion and I believe that I have great leadership skills in leading Purge and being a role model. I have led Purge when no one else did, I have hosted SIMS and Trainings and brought so many new people into Purge and guided them along the way to the people they are today.

What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch

 The main purposes of a vice commander are to rally the rest of Purge and inspire them to want to play on the server, Keep the roster up to date, also make sure Purge are following the SOP and doing what they are supposed to be doing, giving Purge fun SIMS, and giving out prizes such as Money, lightsaber parts, and promotions to keep them entertained. Also set an example to the Enlisted, NCO, and Officers and communicate with them. Also to help battalions anything they need help with, like with any problems/issues within the battalions.

 

Why should we trust you to be a commander

 I believe I’ve done a good job as an Officer but I think I could do an even better job as a vice commander. I have great relations with the current Inquisitorius Command Team and I believe that I could communicate and work with them to better the Inquisitorius as a whole. I can also communicate as much as I can with any ranks within Purge and IQ by making them feel welcomed and accepted in Purge. And because of my dedication to Purge, I have spent many hours Guiding all the enlisted and NCOs and helping out to the best of my capabilities. I have Zero strikes, Zero warnings, Zero bans, or kicks. I am tolerable and have shown good leadership among the troops and as Ground command a few times. I have shown my respect and loyalty and want to continue doing so within Purge as it is my favorite Battalion.

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

I would like to be a Vice commander because i want to lead and assist Purge the best as i can, i have knowledge and experience with the Purge . I ve been on this server for a 4 months and thrue the time i can belive that i can uphold my responsibilities and duties as a vice commander. When i joined the server my first Battalion was Purge, and from the time it is still my main and only job on the server. I understand the way of rewarding people that deserve it and also punishing for bad behaviour. I also want to Help the command team the best way i can, and i still want to go forward with this job and make it the farest way as i can.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

The main purpose is to lead the branch and keep it active at all time for, do SIMS, mission, Flag ups, and answer every question to help people understand everything. Another purpose is making sure Purge is following the SOP and enforcing it. It  is Also a purpose to assist the command team and make sure that everything is in order. Also Making sure that Officers and NCO are doing their job. comply to everyone in the best way as possible.

6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :

 The reason why you should trust me is cause I am very dedicated to Purge, spending many hours trying to do as much as i can for Purge every day. I show great activity and i host SIMS, missions and trainings. For the time i am in Purge i have been GC few times and i have a good experience in leading the Purge

Monday to Friday - 2 to 3 hours
Saturday to Sunday - 5 to 8 hours
