Why do you want to join Delta-5? I want to join Delta-5 because I think it will be a fun and new experience that will spice up my time in SCP-RP. I also want to get back into a MTF regiment where I can PVP and Delta-5 is one of the only one's I haven't been able to fully experience yet.
Why should we let you into Delta-5? (50+ words) I should be let into Delta-5 because I have a lot of previous experience from other branches and being in command in maintenance & a previous NCO in Nu7. I have experience in almost every regiment you can play and this knowledge will help me understand situations more accurately and be able to be flexible in my decision-making.

This warn is for "RDMING A DCLASS" on July 8th, 2021. This is when I first joined the server and had yet to read the rules or even before I started genuinely consistently playing. Since then, I have read the entire (!MOTD) and have a extensive knowledge of the rules and what to do as well as what not to do.
Questions
Why should we trust you as a Command Member? (100+ Words): I should be trusted as a command member for multiple reasons. Firstly, I have previous command experience in multiple servers such as this one (Maintenance) and ImperialRP (Previous Ranks Shown In Signature). Secondly, I understand my responsibilities very well as a NCO and as a member of command and am sure I will excel in the presence of others. Finally, I work very well in team environments and have a great understanding of what to do and when to do it. For example, I have not gotten a warn since the first time I played on the server and as far as I know have never been striked.
Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I believe I deserve this position because I am really active, dedicated, and will be persistent in the goal of improving the branch as a whole. To add on, I have a exceptional understanding of the role as command and am willing to work with and help any enlisted or other command that might need me. I want the rank of WO so I can aid in the assistance of the branch in more ways than currently possible. For example, as my current role at SGT my goal is to be active as possible making many activity logs and helping enlisted with any questions they might have as well as reporting any minging or abuse of power to higher up's. However, if I was a WO I would be in a better position to assist / help any enlisted or command that might need me so if they have a question or problem they could just come to me and I would settle it and if anyone reports minging or abuse of power I could help instead of NCO where I would be the one reporting it.
Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words):
I feel I'm the best option for the rank I'm applying for because of my activity, dedication, and willingness to improve the branch. Secondly, I am willing to improve and take constructive criticism as well as be the team player if anyone needs me. Finally, I believe because of work not really being an issue and not being in any other branch at the moment my full focus will be on Nu7 and anything it needs.
Scenarios
You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: Firstly, I will ask him in a calm tone to please stop and try to defuse or resolve the situation quickly. If that doesn't work I would pull him or her aside later and try to understand why they were being so aggressive. Finally, I would give him a verbal warning and tell him that it's not ok to disrespect other people especially in Nu7 and if it persists he or she will be striked.
You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?:
Considering this individual has not done this or even been warned about it before I would politely pull them aside and talk to them about the issue they were causing. I would then give them a verbal warning and depending on the severity of the situation continued behavior would end in a strike. If this person was a command member I would follow COC (chain of command) in order to message the right person with the issue and the proof to get the problem resolved.

I'm getting very burn't out and feel like I can't give maintenance the attention it deserves... I will still be active on the server on other regiments, I just don't want to hold up a spot for new command to come in and do great things for the branch!

- Agreeing with a lot of what jess said I've never seen you and you have a very low rank to be applying for a job with level 5 clearance. I believe that to get in RRH you have to at least be somewhat known in the community and trusted among some whether it be by getting to a command position or generally being active on the forums or in game. Finally, we have an influx of guardians and its the most overflowing RRH group which doesn't really need people that have just joined the server.

If you have any SCP-RP warns, please list when and why you got them here (If you don't have any, exclude this from your application.): 1 warn: this was for rdming a dclass at july 8th 2021, this was when i first joined the server so I did not understand the rules I have now read the MOTD multiple times and have a great understanding of the rules.
When did you start playing on SCP-RP? (Approximately): I don't know the exact date but it was around july of 2021 when i first joined the server and started playing.
Why do you want to join Nu-7? (75 word minimum): I want to join Nu-7 because I want to experience more of the combat side of the server. I think it would be a good balance of RP and combat skill and I believe I could also try to help the branch become better due to my command experience in other branches and servers and also by suggesting new things for the branch and helping enlisted whenever and wherever I can. The final reason I want to join Nu-7 is very blunt, I genuinely believe it will be fun for me and maybe even improve my combat skills plus this branch is something I've never tried before so it will feel fresh and new for a while so I will be active pretty much all the time.

Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I want to join the Red Right Hand to roleplay more and I believe that joining RRH will allow me to get to do more roleplay because in my current job as Operations Supervisor for maintenance I am very limited in what I can and can't do. If I were to join RRH not only would I be less limited I would have a better roleplay experience and be able to enjoy what maintenance provides without having to leave the branch. Another reason I want to join is I love the lore and concept of RRH and would love to be able to play as one on the server.
Why should we accept you: I would be good as RRH because I have only 1 warns and know the rules like the back of my hand and I have quickly gotten to command which shows how I can be trusted with the benefits of RRH and understand that role of Engineer very well. Another reason I should be accepted is I have a lot of experience leading enlisted not only as a command member of Maintenance but in my previous roles in other servers as well (ex.ImperialRP). The final reason I should be accepted is because I am very active and will continue to be for a long period of time as I love the atmosphere and the roleplay this server creates and think RRH would improve my experience of that.

Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I should be a maintenance command member because I am active, respectful, and understand my job in maintenance, As well as having previous command experience in (ImperialRP). I understand the responsibilities their are to uphold and will be putting my best effort I can into making maintenance a better branch and guiding the enlisted with any problems they might have. Another reason I believe I would make a good maintenance command member is I am quick to understand a situation and properly handle it accordingly no matter if it is a case with trainees minging or one of our maintenance minging I will be there to deal with it as to not interrupt other's RP. I will help and guide the actual enlisted who enjoy maintenance by answering questions, training them for subbranches, and taking them on patrols to HCZ.

A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? Assuming I have asked them multiple times to go back to the training room I would have to refuse their training and put them on a 1 week DNT for "general minge" and then /demote them off the job.
Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would start off my asking them to stop, but if they continue to RDM each other and not listen to me then I would take video evidence and report it to higher ups or strike them (this is depending on the rank of the maintenance)
A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? The first thing I would do is tell the Junior Maintenance that their breaking the rules, what rules their breaking, and ask them to stop. But if they continue breaking rules and not listening to me I would strike them and put them on a one week DNT.

Though you are a low rank but it shows you are making huge change as you're almost an NCO and now an FTO.
I do believe you have gotten your act together and I see you care so that's why I'm sticking to a +support.
What bothers me is the warnings as two of them are quite serious offenses and that never looks good.
