    Dispute: Hey look at the end of the day were all good people right and every good person deserves a second chance, so listen here my ban wasnt crazy i never did anything crazy it was just a minor dispute, i made some good friends within this server and uno towards the end i only got on to have fun i must admit cause i was gettin bored which i guess i coulda took a brake but uno things happen mistakes are made, i cant lie i wouldnt say im hated by majority of the community we all have a joke here and there and uno i do admit to makin the wrong choices by just gettin on to mess around but hey id like to come back and start playin PRP once again the right way.

    There are a few reasons that I just can not support this application:

    1. Server Activity
      1. In all honesty I have seen you online a handful of times. I have never seen you take that large of a interest in the community or anything of that sort. I really know not much about you at all and since I play basically everyday I don't see that as the best thing. I mainly play nights, so it is possible that we play at different times, but still I do not ever really see you but here and there.
    2. Application format
      1. Warns
        1. The question that is being asked requires a screenshot as proof of the warns you are claiming. If you had an issue uploading a screenshot you should have asked for help doing so, rather then not providing what is asked.
      2. SteamID
        1. What you provided was a link to you profile, you again did not follow directions and provided a link instead of the steamid that was requested.
      3. Rank
        1. It really just seems like you can not follow directions, it says not to provide RP ranks then you provide a RP rank right after for the answer. It shows lack of understanding.
      4. Word requirement
        1. You again did not follow directions with the word count question. While you came close with 135 words, you were supposed to have at least 150. 
    3. Application Answers
      1. The answer for the RDM question seems like a copy and paste from the staff handbook. You do not explain what you would do at all for the situation, all you say is the suggested punishment that is posted in the handbook. That is not handling a situation, that is reading what is written, anyone can do that.
    4. Forum Posts
      1. The format requirements suggest a requirement of 20 forums posts, you have one which is this application. I really would like to see more considering it is a way to show you communicate in the community and show interests in the things that happen here.

     

     

    This is not meant as a personal attack or anything of that nature, but I do not see this as a fit application for staff. I think that you should wait and reapply in the future following the reasons I have posted above.

    How long have you been apart of LSFD / EMS?:

    since 11/20/2022

    Do you have any prior command or leadership experience (if so, please explain)?:

    I am low command in EMS, and one of the family heads for a gang in GL fiveM. Fairly new with Command/Leadership positions but always trying for more! I’ve had a lot of experience when having to lead a situation and put my foot in when needed as being apart of the staff team.

    What could you bring to the LSFD / EMS Command team?:

    I can bring in fresh ideas and give my input when needed, I can put in work and help out with anything I’m tasked with to the best of my abilities, I can listen to people and help anyone that needs it. I can put in work on documents and help out here and there if needed, I've had experience with helping make rosters and quick to learn with SOP's i can give my ideas and input on any updates for EMS and give out little rewards and mini EMS events for the team, just little things to make the job more enjoyable when not much crime is happening to keep people active and wanting to play on the job more.

    Why do you want to be LSFD / EMS Command?:

    I would like to be apart of the hc team because I’d like to put in more work and more help with the department than I am, I’d like to be able to give my ideas and input into helping with updates and changes for EMS as ive already said, but just being able to have the experience as a higher up and being able to put more time into a department i enjoy to play.

    Why should you be trusted with this position?:

    Because I don’t do things I shouldn’t be doing, just a little Trollin here and there, but when I need to be serious I put in the work. I have trained many people into the department and have been trusted to run the sub department as Fire Marshall. I hold my responsibilities well. im always here to help with the little things and can answer any questions people have.

    How often can you be online?:

    Anytime aslong as I’m not working

    Do you have any warnings (if so, what for?):

    1x RDM

    Negative but would like a chance

    What could you bring to the LSFD / EMS Command team?:

     I can bring good activity, common sense..... , i will be able to help out when needed and give any extra ideas to help with the department and will always put effort into anything i am tasked with or anything i do, i can bring in new ideas and always have a good laugh with anyone i patrol with

    Why do you want to be LSFD / EMS Command?:

    I would like to be EMS command to be able to help out with the department that little bit more than i can, i would also like to be able to help the new trainees and to help with training and recruiting new people to help get the department growing, i enjoy the RP in the department and have been playing on EMS actively, i have given my input and ideas when asked and i would like the opportunity to help out and grow the department more

    Why should you be trusted with this position?:

    Because i dont make dumb mistakes (Sometimes) and also wouldn't do anything im not allowed too. i will always ask the higher ups before i do anything im unsure about

    Mostly every other day if i am not busy or working
