    6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: 9. I am on everyday. For on average of 2-3 hours.

    7. Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words)?: I believe I should become a medical command member as I wish to help make others enjoy their experiences. I have many creative ideas that I wish to make a reality. I want to take ideas from others, suggestions from others, and to listen to them. No matter if the idea is good, or if the idea is bad. I want to take the idea and think about it, take it into consideration. In my days of command in other branches, I have done a lot. I want to do even more as a command member in medical. I will bring activity to medical. Utility has had a hard time getting activity, it is a non combatant branch anyway. Although, with my willingness to help this branch, with my ideas, I can help that. I have recently been promoted to Lieutenant in CCU. I can show leadership and command, I guide lower enlisted. As command, I will remove people on the roster who have failed their trial period. I will actively watch the roster. I will punish people accordingly who have failed to follow the rules. Although not everything is cause for a punishment. Verbal warnings should be used more often, instead of strikes and removal. I will be looking at clock in to see who is and who isn't active. I will request peoples activity to be put on Semi-active or Inactive, if needed. Although if someone is active, I will promote them. I will watch who is making logs, research tests, and clock in's. I have an excellent knowledge on all SOPs. I know what to do if someone is breaking the rules, and what to do when they aren't.

    8-1. You have found a Resident Medic in HCZ, what do you do?:

    I ask what they are doing in HCZ. There are multiple answers that people may give, and multiple different things that could happen, with their own result and answer. 

    Scenario 1: They may say, they were 'squadding' with a group of MTF. How the SOP says they are allowed to go anywhere the squad goes.

    Action: I first bring them back to LCZ bunks. I then talk to them about how they are not allowed to go in HCZ, considering their rank. I tell them that they are only allowed to go into HCZ if they are the appropriate rank, that rank being Senior medic. I then talk to them on how they are not allowed to squad up unless they are the rank of ExM or if you are a RFM. I then go to the punishment channel and log a verbal warning. As not everything requires a strike, it could've been a genuine mistake.

    Scenario 2: They were kidnapped by CI, and managed to escape.

    Action: I would take them back to LCZ, and talk to them about the appropriate action to take when they are kidnapped. Tell them to do /site and say that they were kidnapped. Although if they were stripped, it is understandable that they wouldn't talk in any comms. I would ask CI if they had captured a medic. If they said they did, then I would simply tell them to avoid CI. If they don't respond, I would tell them not to do it again, if the case would be that they walked into HCZ.

    Scenario 3: They are a complete minge.

    Action: When I say they are a complete minge, they would be your typical 'buy a negev on 343 and MRDM'. If they are like that, I would clip it all, and strike or double strike them. I would take other commands opinions on what happens. No need to make this an hour long issue when it can be dealt easily.

    8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them?:

    "Congrats on getting promoted. Would you like to only be trained for FM or would you like to be trained for Medical researcher too?"
    -They respond
    "Alright lets start, here is the SOP, just read it and tell me when you are done. (I give them the SOP)."
    -They read it
    "Alright good job, any questions?"
    -They ask a question, I answer to the best of my ability
    "Alright, I am going to ask you a few questions."
    Q1- Are you allowed to go into HCZ.
    A1- Only when at the rank of Senior medic+ or squadding.

    They may get the answer wrong, I will then correct them and go over what they can do.

    Q2- What are the enlisted ranks of FM
    A2- RFM, FM, EFM

    They may get the answer wrong, I will then correct them and go over what they do.

    Q3- Who may you defib?
    A3- Foundation personnel ONLY. Outside of D-block.

    They may get the answer wrong, I will then correct them and go over what they do.

    I then go over that they may go into armory at any time when getting Defibs. I tell them how defibs work.

    8-3. You see an Experienced Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do?

    I first check to see if there is any D-block condition. If there is, then I will escort them outside of d-block and tell them that they can not go into D-block under D-block conditions. If D-block is fine, then I will call a sit and ask the admin to look at his logs to see if he was hurt by the D-class first. If so, then I leave it alone. Although if he was not hurt, I would ask why he attacked a D-class. If he lied, I would strike him. If he did it because another medic got hurt, then I would look at the attack logs of the D-class. If he lied about that, then I would strike him. If he RDMed, I would call a sit for RDM, then strike him with proof. If he did it because he attacked a gensec, I would explain that he couldn't. Then strike him. If the medic only hit him once, and said misinput or crossfire. Then that is fine.

If your going to get rid of a branch that was made exactly the same way, and made the same amount of fun to people, then it is hypocritical. Why should one branch get removed because it removes activity from other people when D5 does that too.
    D5 was payed to get in the server but it was still a thing that was created as a branch.
    I do not know how to explain it farther even with out you knowing what I mean.

    You are disgraceful, if you want to remove RnD then why don't you remove D5? D5 is literally pay to win, it would bring more activity to E11 and Nu7. I'm not saying to actually remove the branch as it brings more fun to people. Like how RnD bring fun to people IN RnD. It is a RP branch and people RP it's just that YOU haven't been in RnD to see that. You bring up FS is combatants, as HFS, yes they are but they are not to fire unless fired at. Which they always are because YOU, as a MTF, always kill and never Fear rp unless told. They can only go in site when getting hostages and SCPs, FOR ROLEPLAY. Which they do in fact do that.

    What do you believe should happen to the player: 2 Strikes in RRH, a verbal warning to all of the MTF in the next MTF meeting to not metagame and failrp. INFORCE THESE RULES THAT WERE BROKEN, BETTER. As this isn't the only time me and my comrades have been metagame'd, and failrp'd by MTF.
