From what I've seen of you, you're good at setting a goal and then achieving it (mainly the mass training thing from medical.) Reaching that goal is hard in the first place, and I think it shows your dedication to the server.  You're also very active in medical, and on the server in general. I think you've also learned your lesson from the whole staff thing, so I think you'd be good for the job. The only thing I could personally ask for is a bit more experience, but I think you already have enough.

I agree and he does it alot, sure it is fine to minge and joke but it is getting out of hand. I took a sit with grayson in it and he constantly said "I am a mod I can get you demoted" and when the other player said the smallest of things he said "Oh is that player diss? Prying get a admin and ban him" with the rudest of tones and in no way of joking. Also he pulls the higher rank card so much and threatens people using the rank card. I have no proof to this claim it is only my word but he is doing it and it is so annoying. I agree with ashefox and blood stream, I stand by what I say.

It is so loud when they are having meetings and when LCZ is having trouble so I think it would be a great place to put it somewhere else so the trainers and trainees can hear each other, not only that but we are interrupting there meetings with our trainings because if we can hear them they can hear us and that is annoying "vise versa".

yes, I freeze at the start too. All you have to do is wait a minute for everything to fully load. I don't know how to fix the other problems of things not being able to load. I would suggest just downloading the other textures if you can find them. That's all I can help with... goodluck!!
