This sounds very cool and i think this should be added to every server. Its sometimes hard to figure out how many minutes you have before going back to that place you died.

I think it is possible to change that in VCMOD on the SMT Side but I am not sure, I used to own a server with VCMOD and remember something to do with Car Stalling.

this sounds awesome! also JBane, I think he means like to play in-game instead of using voicemod, soundpad, voicemeter, etc. As it could be difficult to use. -

I wasn't sure about what to put, so I looked at your application and saw some stuff that you need to fix when making a new application.
Your application feels rushed and you could've added more. The question "Why do you believe that you that you deserve the rank? (150 word minimum)" You did not follow that instruction. The sentence that you wrote was 48 words and could use a lot more as it stated that it was a 150 Word Minimum.. Although what you stated was completely understandable at the same time.
I am not sure what to put, because you are very nice in-game and sometimes not that nice, you could be bossy and take control of stuff very easily, I am not saying that isn't a good thing but I feel like you should boss around others when you are at least low-command in Government. I also feel like you could also have more forum activity as well.
Grammar is not a big thing, I'm not that well at it either, but I saw a lot of mistakes in your application swell.
For now, it will be a -Support for me.

How many hours do you have on the server?: 504 hours (3 weeks) 1,699.6 hours total on GMod.
What is your general knowledge on the rules?: I feel like I have learnt from my past mistakes and look back at the MOTD once and a while. I feel like I have general knowledge of the server's MOTD. I also come from other servers and have general knowledge of common rules.

Why do you want to join event team? (150 words+): I want to join the Event Team, because I have good imagination when it comes to making dupes and building things. I wanna get to know the Event Team because to share my ideas with them. I think I'm mature enough for this job, I really would put my hard work into the Event Team and I would love to host events one day. I used to staff on a server and host events for the players that were on at the time, most of the time I would always make new creative events. It was really cool. I would be more active because I would have a purpose to be on the server then because I have a responsibility. If I join the event team I can show others how trustworthy I am and eventually become a staff member and get higher rankings. Thank you for this opportunity to be an Event Team Member.
Describe an event you could create (Be specific): I could create a event that has 5 people and 1 have an AWP and they are trying to snipe the others and the others are trying to make it to the top and its kind of like parkour but you need to be quick and at the top there will be a gun to shoot and kill the person with the AWP.

@Bartholomew... I really don't think I will get staff anyways so I will just say this, why would you even post something like that... I never caused any issues in SL and in fact I did apply and I got declined but they decided to hold my application due to having warns in the past few weeks and said they would be cool with making me an SL Member after 7 days (a week). I have honestly never seen you in-game either and I have no clue why you are against me and commenting on this, I tried my best. So what? All the others that posted on this post were not so harsh unlike you. Also, "skipping CoC" and "badgering command members" doesn't make sense in anyway because I try to be funny most of the time and if you think that I am being "badgering" to other command members, I might ask a few times but never 100 times (ADHD plays part in "Badgering").
Sorry if this meant in a rude matter but I have to express my feelings. -

(150 Word Minimum) I believe I should be a staff member because I love to help and I have dedication when it comes to things I really like to do and I know that I have been un mature in the past on GamingLight but I have grown and have matured enough to help out. When I had warns I learned from my mistakes and never done it again. When I had the chance to report someone for something I would and I always looked up to the staff members on this server. Since the day I joined GamingLight I though it was a very good server and well organized, and I realized that I want to spend my time on here and actually be serious. There are times to be serious and there is times to not be serious. I have made lots of friendships with people in the server and I would really love to have a chance to become a staff member here at GamingLight. Thank you.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would accept the ticket and bring the player that reported the player and get their side of the story, with video evidence of the rule being broken, and return them so I am able to talk to the player that MassRDMED and ask for their side of the story, if the video is enough evidence and the MassRDMER did in fact RDM then I would check their warns and their player hours on the server. if they are new then there is no exception so I would Remind the player to look over the MOTD by telling them to type !motd in chat to review them or go to our website. To conclude this Ticket, contact a Senior Moderator+ to ban the player for 5 days for Mass RDM | Staff disrespect and warn the player for Mass RDM.

I have to not support this application for a few reasons. One of those reasons being in order to be accepted into the staff team you need to be well known by the community and especially the players of the server of which you are applying. As someone that plays everyday, I have never even really heard of you. While we may play at different times, I would like to still point out that piece of information. Based on the grammar of the application I can also assume you are quite young, which is not an issue in itself as I was quite young when I first started, but can cause issues. At times it can be quite hard for players to listen and respect a younger administrator, which by no means is a reason for you to not get a position, but I do think you have room to grow. Just from reading the application, I think that a few months of growing could really do you some good. Reach out and speak with players not only in your departments, maybe even join a crime family to get to know more people. I also suggest to socialize with current staff to help better get an understanding of who you are.
Your application focuses too much on the word minge, and it seems like that is what you think staffing is about. In all actuality, yes you deal with minge players, but more serious issues arise quite often and you have to have both the experience and maturity to deal with them. I know I have ranted for some time, but I will leave it at this. Spend some time like I said getting to know everyone and spending some more time on the server. Try to become a little more well known. I do wish you the best on your application! Best of luck.

I have had multiple bad experiences with you in-game and some good ones. In the paragraph where it asks you to write 150 words on why you want to be a staff member and you only have 111 words. Besides all, I'm not sure what to put. So I don't have an answer for this so it will be a +/-Support.
