3. Why do you want to be a Vice Marshal of this branch?
I would like to be Vice Marshal of Starfighters to give those new to the battalion the same great experience I had when I first joined. When I first joined the Starfighters, I was captivated by how great the leadership was. To keep that many players involved, entertained, and well disciplined was very impressive to see. I knew immediately this was the battalion for me. I tried my hardest to reach NCO, then hosted over forty tryouts until I became an officer and was even rewarded with the rank of Assistant Head Training Officer (AHTO). If I were to be implemented as Vice Marshall I would make it my mission to give current and new members of SF an even better experience than I had, If possible.
4. How much game time do you have on the server?
I have two weeks in-game on the server. I joined SF on my second day on the server and have been active almost every day since then. I have both TeamSpeak and Discord on my phone so I can be involved most hours of the day.
5. What is the Main Purpose of a Commander for a branch?
The roles that a Commander must carry out are vast. This is something I am well aware of. A few examples of important roles include, but are not limited to, being the pinnacle of a good role model to your peers, being active and available to assist those in need, constantly finding room for improvement, instilling an enjoyable, orderly environment for battalion members, keeping documents, rosters, and members up to date, and overseeing the officer’s duties and activities. The main purpose of a Commander, in my opinion, is to inspire battalion members to be the best version of themselves possible with their leadership ability. By accomplishing the previously stated roles, influencing members to do good will assuredly come naturally.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
I believe I can be trusted as Vice Marshal seeing as I’ve been dedicated to the battalion and serious since day one. Ask anyone in the Starfighter Corps and I’m confident they will agree with this statement. I’ve always taken my roles and responsibilities seriously and tried my best to establish myself as an outstanding model for others. As an Assistant Head Training Officer (AHTO), I’ve supervised countless tryouts to ensure that the quality of our tryouts are nothing less than superb, and that everyone has an equal opportunity to enlist. As the current Cobra Squadron Vice Lead, I’ve personally evaluated the skills and ability of each member individually numerous times and have always made sure to be inclusive and let everyone have a chance to participate in missions and have a fun experience, even if that required me to literally take the backseat. I always try to put others before myself and lead by example.
7.How often can you be Online? :Depending on the week I can be on 5+ hours everyday.
8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) :
To my knowledge, I have no warns.

Pros:
- Application is very well worded and very descriptive. Provides good answers as well.
- Has been on the server a long time and has a thorough understanding of how events work.
- Knowledgeable about being a GM and commands despite not having prior GM experience.
- Very active!
Cons:
- Would make all other GM's look bad in comparison. (joke)
Seaman is one of the hardest working people on the server and I know he'd be a top-notch GM.

This can definitely be annoying though, I would prefer to see the emergency lights kick on, after every system has been shut off, Havoc sometimes turn off the power for RP, So having lights go on and off every time that happens is annoying, Personally I think they should kick on after every system has been shut off, Including Shields, & Engines.Can we get some lights in general? The map is so dark

- Haven't seen you very much though could be time zone.
- Yesterday I asked if you could supervise a shock tryout so I could get my tryout certification as a Security Officer. You said you had more important stuff to do and switched to your royal guard job for the rest of the day. Not a very good example of leadership if you ask me.
- Application seems pretty bland.

Pros:
- Has past admin experience on 3 different servers
Cons:
- Application seems like very little effort was put into it
- Still relatively new to the server.
- We're both in Naval and SF and I've only ever seen you on SF twice. Both times you were afk. (low activity)
All of the cons on this list are very easy to improve. You just need spend more time on the server, be active, have fun with your peers, and buff up your application a bit. I hope you take this into consideration and reapply in the future if you don't get accepted. Good luck.

- Has been a good Vice Marshall for almost 5 months now
- Very kind and sociable

Has always done a great job of doing the less noticeable/behind-the-scenes stuff. That of which, SF deeply appreciates
- Inspires the entire SF battalion to be our best
- Has shown great leader capability since I've known her
- The most experienced Starfighter Pilot (if I'm not mistaken)

Pros:
- May have a reputation that proceeds him, but he's actually capable of being responsible when he needs to be.
- Hosted my tryout for SF and has demonstrated good leadership ability on numerous occasions.
- Very funny guy and charismatic guy. Makes everyone around him laugh and have a fun time.

To improve my branch I will ensure aviation operations are smooth and efficient. I will be a conduit between Naval and Starfighter Corps and keep both well informed of any and everything. I am confident in Starfighters Corps' conduction and will help them become the role model branch of the ISD.
Why should you be trusted with this position:
I am confident I can be trusted with Aviation Officer because I am also a member of SF and am well acquainted with active members and leadership as well as Chief Aviation Officer Matrix. I am only an NCO in SF currently but have excelled and risen through the ranks at the fastest pace without breaking SOP. Many people in SF can vouch for me and I am sure they will only provide positive feedback.
Why do you want this rank:
I would like to receive this rank to be a role model for all SF and Navy. I like to have fun while maintaining a sense of professionalism and I want SF to be the same way. My method of leadership has always been to lead by example as I feel it is the most effective way of influencing subordinates to follow suit. I will not tolerate out-of-line behavior and will deal such conduct swiftly and professionally.
