In-Game name: Snail/SB1 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:511457889 Rank: SGM How long have you been in your current rank?: 4 days I believe maybe 5 What experiences in leadership do you have?: Well I have been a NCO in our battalion for over a month and a half and have lead many things well I have been a NCO, I have been a lead of things on other servers such as a battalionized Jedi leader and many more forms such as just a regular leader in a battalion. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) Well in the current state of DT we have two officers and two VCMDRs one of our officers is on LOA and the other is active leaving as I said One officer which is not acceptable as we should have even numbers through the battalion and I feel as if I would be a good person to join the ranks of the officer core and help push this battalion to the next level. I also have good plans for the future of DT that I can bring to the table as an Officer. I also feel as if I don’t do enough for the DT and that me being an officer would help me get to know the enlisted and for the enlisted to also get to know me because knowing your enlisted as an officer is a vital thing same for enlisted the better they know me the more of a chance they have to ask questions and know that they can talk to someone they trust. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) Well even though I am not the only 1SG+ I am the first one who is stepping up to make an officer application to try to become an officer and make DT stronger and better overall. I also feel like I have a good relationship with a lot of my fellow DT and would want to boost all of that and make more relationships with some people with who I don't have any. I also feel like this will make me a better DT and leader for not only DT but anything that may come up in the future of this server or the future of my life when I would need these skills the most. I also feel as if I have some of the best activity and some pretty good leadership skills. Now just by making this app if I get accepted this does not make me any better nor will I feel and higher than them DT is and will always be a family that I am proud to be a part of. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? Yes Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? -1 He’s a good trooper but he doesn’t have a reason to be an NCO and also he already a CPL and probably off cool down. I feel as if he should just work and prove he deserves the position and get promoted instead of going for an Application. (on mobile can’t get color)

Secondly, I want to be able to help DT officers and high rankings by doing tryouts and other stuff so they can rely on their work more than having to worry about DT NCO work sense they are Officers. Thirdly I want to be able to do lots of tryouts to give as many people the opportunity to join DT as I can, I want to do this because it's very hard to join DT and because we are probably the most elite Battalion on the server. I also want to become more of a member of DT and be more respected in DT not only by our own troopers but by people outside of us. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) Well, I have played on SWRP for about a year and 2 months. And I have been putting in mad hours like 8+ a day just on DT alone. I also am very active putting in 12+ hours a day on DT specifically, and DT is my life/job I main the most. I have shown dedication and work very hard every day in DT from protecting VIPs to protecting BCP. I'm pretty good at being a DT and have observed many tryouts and know pretty well how they work and what to do and what not to do. I also am pretty well with others in the social aspect and can talk and explain things to others pretty well which I would hope/expect help me be a better leader. And lastly, I can show good leadership during patrols or SIM's. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position?
