  2. I'd like to start off by saying a couple of things:


    First of all E11 High Command and CI Gamma were not consulted about this branch update which isn't all that good and hurts our cooperation and branch relations we built so far.

    Second, I'd like to point out that the reason Alpha Unit has such high HP and Armor are because they are part of  a donator only branch and that they have HEAVY restrictions in place.

    Third, CI only got +50 HP on most classes due to Delta-5 being added to the server, thus having to deal with more MTF equipped with better guns, while I can see the point of CI having the advantage when they have more people on than MTF but recently that only happens only on Friday at around noon when they're getting ready for their meeting (I mean no disrespect to CI here).

    Now with that out of the way,

    -support for the HSU changes beside the guns, you guys want an Alpha Unit but without any of the restrictions we have in place which is not only unfair towards CI but towards E-11 as well

    +support for everything else

    I get where you’re coming from with this one because they are able to team given they are the smartest of the SCPs. That being said, I don’t want 049 breaking 035’s doors, no cc doors should be broken by any other SCP than it’s original inhabitant.

     

    Sounds just plain annoying and 066 is a “safe” class for a reason, there’s no real reason to contain him harshly because he’s harmless if you don’t say a funny little word.

    He is tanky enough and the site is so close quarters so no need for speed increase.

     

    I believe you already made a suggestion for this that got mass -supported. Don’t push for things already denied.

    He’s fine as is besides the minges that abuse his swep to damage the MTF that pass by his cell.

    We have a rule against invisible entities killing for a reason. Sounds just plain unfun.

     

    Sure, vampires from folktale, but there’s nothing I know of in 2191’s log saying he can’t be seen through mirrors. Also sounds just unfun for D4s who now would get called onto site for 2191-1 just to do nothing. 

     

    This isn’t a -support, pretty sure he’d already be able to though considering it’s a “reasonable RP action”

     

  4. What bug is occurring? Combat Engineer is spawning with 175 hp instead of 200, Commander, Coldsilver and Coldsilver Alpha Unit are missing their Cross Arms sweps, Rapid Care Unit spawns with 150 armor instead of 175, Ambush Specialist is missing cuffs and the tranquikzer (weapon_cuff_elastic, weapon_m9).

    Is it tied to a specific job, swep, player model, etc? Combat Engineer, Commander, Coldsilver, Coldislver Alpha Unit, Rapid Care Unit, Ambush Specialist.

    Has it only occurred once, or is it continuous? N/A

    Massive +Support, E-11 HCMD was not consulted about the addition of the Ethereal on the Quartermaster Job which we would not have agreed with to begin with, not only does it make the D4 Alpha Unit job obsolete but we have seen numerous times people under the rank of CPT with the ethereal or just spamm give it to HSU, literally on day 1 Maynard was running around with an ethereal which proves the people on the job cannot be trusted with the power to give around one of the best anti SCP weapons in the game so yes the ethereal should be removed from the quartermaster

  7. It is truly amazing to see that CI's witchunting knows no limits, the sit was dealt with in game, and as it was already explained "body blocking" isn't an official rule written in the MOTD but I will not do it again after it was explained to me that it isn't allowed.

  8.  To make it clear these HP/Armor changes were approved by M8VP and Enuz a while back but it took us some time to finish this update and we deem the changes fit considering Nu7's last HP/Armor nerf and the fact that E-11 is PAY TO PLAY only and we are supposed to be a elite task force that comes in to rescue the site in dire situations

    That's the point It'd be way to unfair and unfun playing as an SCP if it's code red and 3 Alpha unit's would be on because they would just get shredded.

     

    It also shouldn't have as much HP as almost an CI Heavy.

     

    It'd be smart talking with the current HCMD members of CI, Meaning Fizzy , Ignis and Warren and getting their opinions on it, Also thanks for the enlisted HP.

    It is NOT the same as Interal Operative, they will not spawn in the facility or enter the facility on code blue/yellow without proper reason, this job is just supposed to be a donator class for donators to play on, not a new Internal Operative.

    Personally I don't think its that bad, as we have very few Alpha Units.

    RCU would have the same HP/armor as NCO/most other E-11 jobs

    • MTF E11 Enlisted : 200hp This is a enlisted job its suppose to be shitty so they join a subbranch or they move up to a better one so this is a No from me

    1) What exactly is the Foxtrot Unit 1 a copy/replica of?, the Foxtrot Unit 1 from SCP Containment Breach or what?

    2) I really cannot comprehend why alpha unit getting 3 slots is such a big issue for CI, the class can ONLY be used on code red or bellow, its very hard to get into and its main purpose is fighting SCPs, not CI so I don't see any issue with that.

    3) Even if RCU is "just supposed to be a medic" it shouldn't have to be easily gunned down by 1-2 Alpha Operatives.

    4)  First of all these changes were talked with Enuz, M8VP, Rang and Dang a while back (excluding the Foxtrot Unit 1 as it was added later) but it took us a while to finish up the update all together, also we are not required to get "approval from Gamma Command" as so far we were never contacted about any CI Branch updates or other stuff like that. (however I will leave enlisted HP/armor as it is now instead of increasing it)

    So upon seeing this suggestion, and seeing the video, the recoil is sketch as fuck, so we invited one of our better PVPers that we have in our branch @Smoll so the fist clip linked, is smoll shooting the MP7 on my head and you can see the recoil is very difficult to control, the second clip we attempted to recreate actual battle with a d class or some individual that doesn't wish to die, and you can clearly see the recoil is difficult and it is still rather hard to hit someone, and you may say "oh hes just bad" but this man is up there with kenzo and funkmaster when it comes to combat as d class ETC, but its still insane, the 3rd clip is smoll shooting me full body and fully controlled recoil and it doesn't even remotely match what clip was provided for the recoil.

    We all know how mech raids typically go and this would be exactly like them. It's super easy to hole up in a room with one entrance and just spam fire into a choke to the point where just getting to generator room would be an instant win for CI.

     

    Also, this would be another case of a situation where MTF wins nothing besides "oh, your site isn't screwed, congrats."

    This is like a worse mech raid with a smaller area and with the possibility to cause a code nuke, it also has no cooldown which means it would just end up being spammed each time the site finally gets recontained

    What are you suggesting? -  Allowing E-11 to enter D Block to at least grab/give back D Class and to kill CI if they are inside then leave after.(Got perms from Security HCMD)

    How would this change better the server? -  It would allow E-11 to do its job without being stopped by low Security/Nu7 numbers or if they are not present in or around D Block, allowing us to feed or recontain SCPs when Nu7/Security have low numbers and no one else can give us D Class and the entire site gets fucked.

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. -  Not really

    Who would this change mostly benefit? -  E-11

    Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - "There are circumstances beyond standard riots that need to be addressed (Examples: CI inside D-Block, E11 needing to take a D-Class to prevent a SCP breach, etc)" does not count because

    Ci and MTF have relatively balanced jobs for their sides. CI being stronger because they have to raid the facility and still don't get out alive all the time. 

    Ci first has praxies fist which made mtf want something of their own. AKA 7101. 

    If Ci get another op/powerful job mtf will want another one to balance them.
