1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) :
Shock EJTL CPT Cella SK171
2. What Regiment are you applying for?
Shock
3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?
I believe I have a lot to bring to the table for Shock in a command role. I would like to offer more structure to Shock through steady and cohesive leadership, and inspire our current and future troops to be their best selves. Shock is a battalion I have grown incredibly close to recently, and I have been donating as much freetime that I have had recently to Shock and interactions with this community. Through consistent teachings of order and stability, Shock has the potential to bring an insane amount of RP to the ISD and I would love to be there for a transition to even greater achievements. I am an experienced leader both in and out of the real world, and I have a skillset that would benefit Shock greatly in its entirety.
4. How much game time do you have on the server?
I have played on the server on and off for about the last 6 months, but I have been incredibly active and dedicated the entirety of this last month. I currently have 5 days of ingame time.
5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?
The main purpose of Shock Vice Commander is to set a prime example to enlisted, NCO's and officers alike. It is incredibly important for the Vice Commander to be unbiased, and treat all his men fairly and equally in the eyes of the law. In Shock, our SOP's are incredibly important to us and we use them as our foundation for operations. Through solid communication and connection with other battalions, the Vice Commander should work closely not only with his own unit, but those that his battalion may encounter on a daily basis. The Vice Commander should be more than a role model for his own troops, and a valiant leader in the eyes of others. He should inspire all those around them, and lead them with a fair and balanced perspective, regardless of personal feelings.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
I have proven to be a trustworthy and effective leader. I already work closely with all of Shock's officers and command to ensure Shock remains state-of-the-art. With hundreds of hours in various leadership and officer positions in other military-style roleplay servers, I believe I am more than qualified to carry out the duties of a Vice Commander. I am a leader at my current employer to a team that consistently produces great results, and in my music career I have gained the ability to be incredibly diverse and work effectively with many different people from many different walks of life. I am a very adaptive person, and I am more than a quick learner when it comes to new challenges to be mastered. In my short tenure as EJT Lead, I've already begun to clean up the roster and hold more strict values for my EJT to live by. With treatment like this, EJT begins to feel more like an elite sub-battalion rather than just another option for Shock enlisted. I have begun to push my officers to lead and host more tryouts, and I hold our SOP's near and dear to our foundation as troopers. I am always looking to set the most excellent standard for my troops, and I would love the opportunity to work more closely with command to achieve these goals.
7. How often can you be Online? : My work schedule IRL varies, but I am able to consistently provide at least 4-8 hours of my freetime every day. I am more than willing to provide any extra time into document management and overall behind the scenes work for whatever needs Shock needs catering to.
8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) :
0 active warnings.
