I have been exposed to leadership scenarios and have gained experience with leadership in the battalion. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I have shown serious dedication to the battalion and believe with the experience I have gained, I have proven to be successful in leadership and decision making. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I have gained input from NCO’s and enlisted about issues in the battalion and want to work forward to resolving these issues.
