  1. In-game Name: Oreo SteamID: the_oreo DiscordID: The_Oreo1220 What division do you want to join (Military or R&D): Military How would you rank your knowledge of the lore?: I know a pretty fair amount. I now a bit about all the main SCPs Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum): I think I would be a good addition because I am loyal and I will always follow orders. I am really enjoying this server and want to see what this branch has to offer. I'm pretty good at combat and have a pretty good grasp of the server rules and what to do. I have almost escaped a few times. I think that joining CI would be fun and I would be a good asset to the team. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I can be either a leader or a follower. I'm fine with calling the shots or letting someone else call them How active can you be?: probably 6-5 days every week. 4-5 hours every day. Do you have both Teamspeak and Discord: yes
  2. Question / Idea: Does SCP-173 respond differently to different weapons Background Research: SCP-173 is a Euclid level SCP who only moves when looked at. SCP-173 is very violent and will kill anything that is living by snapping their neck. SCP-173 is a statue that when not looked at, can move. Hypothesis: The different weapons will damage SCP-173 Observations (What Happened During Test): During the SCP-173 mass-test, We tested 4 weapons. Shotgun, Pistol, knife, and sledgehammer. The sledgehammer pushed SCP-173 back the furthest. The knife didn't really do anything and just got stuck in it. The shotgun pushed SCP-173 back almost a foot, and went clean through SCP-173. The bullets went into the back wall. But when I looked, I couldn't see a entry wound. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: I watched subject 1 use the weapons from the door. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-173 didn't seem to be damaged by these weapons. They just pushed him back. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: No
  3. Lore Name: Oreo Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 173 and 343 Question / Idea: Does SCP-173 respond aggressively to SCP-343 Background Research: SCP-173 is a Euclid level SCP who only moves when looked at. SCP-173 is very violent and will kill anything that is living by snapping their neck. SCP-173 is a statue that when not looked at, can move. SCP-343 is a being that claims and acts like "god". SCP-343 can teleport, phase through walls, and seemingly create (or at least teleport) matter. Hypothesis: SCP-173 will not attempt to kill SCP-343 Observations (What Happened During Test): while I was finishing up my previous test with SCP-066, SCP-343 showed up and watched with Officer Verdict, Junior Scientist Drillax, and myself in the observation desk. He said he wanted to test as well, so I said "sure" after the test was complete. We closed the shutters and he phased into the room. We interviewed SCP-343 after the test, and he said that he 'booped' SCP-173. SCP-173 then responded with attempting to snap SCP-343's neck. SCP-173 was unsuccessful and caused minor damage to SCP-343. They both then sat in the room for the remaining 45 seconds. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: SCP-343 states that SCP-173 attacked him. We heard a scuffle while in the observation deck Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-173 is hostile only towards SCPs who are hostile towards him. SCP-173 does not like to be 'booped' Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: No
  4. Lore Name: Oreo Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 173 and 066 Question / Idea: Does SCP-173 respond aggressively to SCP-066 Background Research: SCP-173 is a Euclid level SCP who only moves when looked at. SCP-173 is very violent and will kill anything that is living by snapping their neck. SCP-173 is a statue that when not looked at, can move. SCP-066 is a ball of yarn that seems to be sentient. Hypothesis: SCP-173 will not attempt to kill SCP-066 Observations (What Happened During Test): I found SCP-066 and asked it if it wanted to test. It jumped up and down and followed me to SCP-173's containment. I was escorted by Officer Verdict and helped by Junior Scientist Drillax. We let SCP-066 into SCP-173 containment and closed the shutters for 1 minute. After the minute, we opened them and found no sign of a fight or and violence. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: No wounds or sounds of fighting were detected Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-066 and SCP-173 are not hostile towards each other Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: yes
  5. Lore Name: Oreo Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 173 and 999 Question / Idea: Does SCP-173 respond aggressively to SCP-999 Background Research: SCP-173 is a Euclid level SCP who only moves when looked at. SCP-173 is very violent and will kill anything that is living by snapping their neck. SCP-173 is a statue that when not looked at, can move. SCP-999 is a Safe level SCP that looks like a orange blob. SCP-999 sparks joy and healing in everyone he touches. He is the best way to increase morale in a facility. Hypothesis: SCP-173 will attempt to kill SCP-999 Observations (What Happened During Test): I took SCP-999 along with a guard (I forgot their name :/). I sent in SCP-999 into SCP-173's containment and closed the shutters. I did not hear any snapping or any signs of trauma or a fight. I left SCP-999 and SCP-173 in the containment for 1 minute when I opened the shutters. SCP-999 was healing SCP-173. When I opened the doors, SCP-173 made no attempt to leave the containment area. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: I heard healing sounds and no sounds of fighting or attacking Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-999 has been able to befriend every single SCP it has come into contact with, including SCP-173. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: No
  6. Lore Name: Oreo Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 173 Question / Idea: Do Different Survival Tactics affect how SCP-173 responds to D-class Personnel Background Research: SCP-173 is a Euclid level SCP who only moves when looked at. SCP-173 is very violent and will kill anything that is living by snapping their neck. SCP-173 is a statue that when not looked at, can move. Hypothesis: Different Survival Tactics will increase survival time among D-class Observations (What Happened During Test): I took 3 D-class to SCP-173's containment. I was escorted by Sherlly again for this test. I sent in each D-class 1 at a time with a different tactic they should use against SCP-173. The first subject I told to camoflauge and stay still. Subject 1 was terminated by SCP-173 in 9.5 seconds. I told Subject 2 to try and attack SCP-173 with their fists. They were terminated by SCP-173 in 19.2 seconds. I told Subject 3 to try and run away from SCP-173. They were terminated in 7.3 seconds. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: I listened for a neck snap and would stop my timer everytime I heard one. Subject 1 was in 9.5 seconds. Subject 2 was in 19.2. and Subject 3 was in 7.3 Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): Running away causes you to break line of sight with SCP-173, making it a bad tactic when trying to escape/terminate/recontaine SCP-173. Staying still does not seem to deter SCP-173, but you retain line of sight. Trying to camoflauge is a bad tactic, but still better then running. Attacking SCP-173 causes the subject to run around SCP-173, causing SCP-173 to struggle to snap their neck. It also keeps line of sight on 173, making using melee weapons a very good tactic when trying to escape/terminate/recontaine SCP-173. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes
  7. Lore Name: Oreo Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 012 and 294 Question / Idea: Does drinking blood from SCP-294 allow you to survive SCP-012 longer Background Research: SCP 294 is a standard coffee machine with a standard American QWERTY keyboard. It will dispense any liquid that has been tested, even blood. SCP 012 is a sheet of music that, when looked at in the light, will cause the subject who viewed it to try and finish the piece, in their own blood. Hypothesis: Consuming blood from SCP-294 will not change how long it takes for SCP-012 to cause it's subject to die Observations (What Happened During Test): I took 2 D-class to SCP Item containment while Lance Corpral Serlly escorted me. I sent one into SCP-012 without drinking any blood from SCP-294. The subject died in 6 seconds after the order. I then ordered the second subject to drink a cup of blood from SCP-294. I then told him to enter SCP-012 containment and look at the picture. The subject then expired in 6 seconds as well. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: I heard their heart moniter through the wall and I stopped my timer when I heard it flatline. 1st subject's heart stopped at 6.2 seconds. 2nd Subject's heart stopped at 6.7 seconds. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): Consuming blood through SCP-294 does not prevent the severe blood lose that occurs when in contact with SCP-012 Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes
