I think the backlash from Pepper and Dark need to stop, I get why and it's so ridiculous. We all used to be friends, even so I agree that somebody shouldn't go running around ARDMing for no reason but I also think this is a petty report and wasn't necessary.
I really can't take anyone's side here, considering it's very childish.
I personally think they both need a firm talking to in TS to get this sorted out.
On the other note I mean absolutely no offense to either one of them.

I hate giving you a negative support but this application is horrible Fennec, you need to put a lot more detail. If you're going for a Vice Commander position and you don't even take the time to put more than a couple of sentences on your application than I don't think you should get the position.
+He leads pretty well
+Does a decent amount of trainings and simulations
+Is a very nice and chill person to chat with

Klepto as current CPT and EODL your Leadership in my eyes is lacking I've seen how you run a sub regiment which is half of the responsibility of a VCMDR and I am unimpressed to say the least
