Just a small tip for people who don't know it and want to make a Player Report and cant get the players SteamID, use your console and type in it "rp_lookup -name-" then press enter.
After doing so it should show something like this
after doing that you can copy their steam ID into https://steamid.xyz/ and find their steam info such as Profile and steamID

-Support Im pretty sure VCMod has a drive by feature, and its disabled for a reason that I dont personally know, but with current vehicles we have most arent capable of such thing since windows on most cars. Also, custom cars are already a thing exclusively for custom classes.

What you want to see? - People who use /911 while wanted not be able to shoot gov unless they try to arrest them.
Why should we add it? - So people cant just have mass murdering streaks by calling police while wanted.
What are the advantages of having this? - Trolls being less annoying.

I can assure you that he is cheating after watching the provided footage several times. As soon as trumpo reaches the edge of the wall, you can see the the suspect prefire. You can also see that he is focusing towards Trumpo, showing that he was tracing him through the walls. Years of dealing with cheaters in the majority of video games (GMOD, CSGO, RUST, FIVEM) has taught me how to recognize them. The player is evidently cheating. Trumpo was killed fairly quickly, given the current server situation, interpolation, and lag, you most certainly have a bullet or 2 that is unregistered, even if you see a hitmarker. I am quite certain that the suspect is using third party softwares to gain advantage within the server

Why should we add it? - With current server problems and peoples in game problems they sometimes cant stay for 8 hours or however long it is, I left my computer on for 20 hours as a test, crashed 3 times, and got one key.
What are the advantages of having this? - People being able to get the reward apart from IGM. (In Game Money)
Who is it mainly for? - Premier afk people

What you want to see? - A gun buyer NPC that you can sell guns to when your inventory is just too small for what you have.
Why should we add it? - With the afk jobs like superior and premier, your time earned guns can overflow your inventory.
What are the advantages of having this? - More people going to explore the map and more police finding people to arrest.
Who is it mainly for? - Everyone

While I like the idea, I feel that it needs some revisions need to be made. I personally feel like the addition of interrupting negotiations (i.e., purposefully running past police barricades and attempting to disrupt negotiation efforts) should be a rule as it does happen ever once in a blue moon, and does disrupt RP and immersion quite a bit.
To add to what you were recommending, if a negotiator is alone and by himself, and no discussion relating to the hostage's release or demands have begun, then they can still be kidnapped. -
What you want to see? - A "Heavy" Bodyguard, better weapons, better armor, and higher level ofc.
Why should we add it? - Just a small thing for higher level players when the weapons just arent enough when the protector has to go AFK and you get raided by a big group all using miniguns and negevs.
What are the advantages of having this? - Better defense and players on the job when someone needs to go afk.
Who is it mainly for? - The people with the bigger levels
