Do you have any other experience with staffing?: Yes. I have staff on other communities within GMOD, FiveM, SCP:SL. I've used ULX, SAM, Blogs, Xlogs, etc. I know a lot from having 20,000 hours on Garry's Mod. Since this server uses SAM (Log system I'm unsure) I know how to use and manage with it. I believe having past experience is a great way to get into the staff team as it shows that you already know what to do and how to use your menu wisely.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I believe I deserve Trial Moderator due to my activity and my professionalism and maturity. Also from my past experience within staffing on other server and having no punishments on my record is good and shows good qualifications for being on the staff team. I also feel like I deserve it due to the fact that I am on everyday or try to be if I don't have any family issues. I'd be there to help out others and punish players who purposefully minge or cause issues within the server and make sure that the player base is enjoying their time. I've taken leadership positions before in past servers not only in roleplay but also within the staff team leading them and guiding newer staff members on what they should do and that they always follow the guidelines and punishment protocols. I plan to show that I'm ready within the staff team and be there if any tickets or any issues arise that I am allowed to take.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would tell them to calm down and control the situation. If they don't listen then I will gag them and proceed to tell them the punishment that I am giving which is a formal warning and a 5 day ban and tell them if they have any further questions. If not I can tell them if they believe I am in the wrong they can make an appeal on the forums so the higher staff members can take care of it.
