What is your in-game name?: AL What is your steam name?: AggroBiker What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:462553226 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: Yes. I used to be part of staff last year on this server where I quickly worked up to Senior Moderator with hard work, taking many sits and earning a good reputation. I have had a very manic year and after getting back on my feet, fighting through mental problems and buying many motorbikes I am finally back and ready to contribute to the server again. What date did you start playing on the community? October 2019 What date did you make your forums account? December 2020 Current rank on server? Apprentice How many warns do you have on the server? 1 Have you donated? Yes What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines? Yes Timezone: GMT +1 Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I used to be staff on this server where I quickly worked up to Senior Moderator by watching and learning how the higher staff handle situations and applying them. Luci personally promoted me to Senior Moderator after only 2 weeks as a moderator because of my hard work taking many sits and handling them well, showing patience and fairness, never having any bias for someone's rank, gender choices, voice etc. and treating everyone with an equal level of respect and open mindedness, thus earning a good reputation as either "Spirit of AL" or "Big AL". In the past year I have grown a lot as a person, managed a garage which gave me a lot of real life experience handling tough situations on the spot regularly which can be translated into sits and I believe I can contribute to the staff team in a very positive manner and help the server become even greater. I already have a decent amount of experience as a staff member on this server, I understand the staff handbook very well and have always applied it properly in the past and I am a very good listener which has proven very beneficial during sits. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Mass RDMing is a serious thing to happen in the server and is something I dealt with on a pretty regular basis back when I was staff on this server and it's always something I have taken seriously. The sit would be recorded in case they said anything racist or homophobic to ensure they are banned from the server and evidence would always be supplied as we don't want people like that in the server. I would mute them if they refused to talk to me properly and explain what they have done wrong, why its wrong and what's going to happen next so they have a good understanding before they receive a formal warning and a 5 day ban. Thanks for reading my application (now I have been playing pretty regular on the server for about a month to prove my dedication )

What do you want to see?: I would like to see the name tags being easier to read and on top of the player. It shows health, name, rank and job which seems unnecessary and I would prefer to see a much simpler and easier to read name tag. A good format is to have the name and nothing else. The name states the job at the start, the rank and the alias of the person in most cases which is enough information IMO. This way we could also implement the "health figures" only to be shown to medical and inquisitors which gives the roles more purpose. For people on the "admin" job, they should be able to see the current name tag format. Why should we add it?: I believe it would simplify the name tags making them easier to read and identify people, give the server an overall cleaner look and look more professional. What are the advantages of having this?: It allows opportunity to be customised depending on the job as mentioned before. Medical and Inquisitors can see the health which makes sense as it allows Medical to prioritise healing people with lower health, and Inquisitors have the force which in lore can identify a lot of information. It would allow the server to be more immersive as complex nametags showing a lot of information can ruin the immersion, and it also stops event characters targeting players with low health to increase their kill count which is a big issue sometimes from my experience hosting events in the past and personally asking people how the event went; (people have complained in the past that rebels and other enemy event characters have avoided high health players to target low health players to get more kills). Another benefit to having simpler name tags is it means when there are "spies" or modelled players on ship during events are a lot harder to identify, thus decreasing the chance for meta-gaming and helping a lot with the immersion during events. Who is it mainly for?: Everyone. Links to any content: N/A.

+ Support + Knows lore. + Nice guy. + Previous experience as a GM and knows ULX etc. + Would be fantastic for the Royal Guards to have their very own personal GM. RG's are definitely forgotten about sometimes even though they have the coolest drip on ship. - Event ideas don't have much detail, but I think with some development they will be a lot of fun. Good luck!
-
+++ Support + Application is juicy and detailed, me gusta! + Knows ULX. + Event ideas seem like they would be a lot of fun. + Very active on the server and well respected in the community. + Very dedicated on the server and they would make a brilliant addition to GM. - None

+ Support + Active on the server and well liked in the community, I can't say anything bad about them. + Already a moderator so they know a fair chunk of what they need to know. + Knows lore. - Answers are a little short.

+ Support + Good application, the "how would you handle this sit" part made some very good points. + Very mature in medical. + Very friendly and liked by most. - Has no experience, but gotta start somewhere! Good luck!
-
+/- Support - It's a pretty good application towards the end with plenty of detail - Been on the server on and off supposedly for 2 years. - Darth which shows they are likely to stay on the server and enjoy it. - Previous experience - Application is difficult to read - Admits they have anger issues on the application....
-
+ Support - Friendly and respected in the community as well as very active - It's a pretty good application, however he does have a lot of older warns but I have never seen him RDM/ARDM anyone personally, or do any other thing that would give him a warn. - Seems to know what they are doing when setting up events with the ! commands.
-
+ Support Very friendly and respected in the community, the answers were short but River would make a great addition to GM, not to mention they are already staff!
-
+ Support - Very active in the community - Very friendly - Already an SM which is bonus points - Has plenty of ideas for events and sims.

What is your in-game name?: AL What is your steam name?: aggro_biker What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:462553226 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: A little bit as a gamemaster. I like to help out with small issues all the time before they escalate to needing a sit and I am very good at de-escalating situations in a friendly manner. What date did you start playing on the community? October What date did you make your forums account? I can't remember Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Gamemaster How many warns do you have on the server? None Have you donated? Yes around $30 What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines? Yes Timezone: GMT/UK Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I love helping out around the server and I would love to be able to be an even bigger part of the community. I have put a lot of effort into Havoc to achieve Major such as doing sims, lots of try-outs and promotions and dealing with many situations good and bad so I feel I am quite experienced in handling situations. I believe I would be a very useful admin as I am regularly on the server, most people know me as their friend and it means I can help out more people on the server and have a positive impact on every situation. I was also a manager at an automotive garage with 6 employees for 2 years so I am very experienced in handling all kinds of problems and solving issues under pressure, quickly and fairly in real life situations. I am a very respectful person, raised with a military upbringing and I am very good at keeping calm and maintaining my patience in every situation. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? A mass RDM is punishable by a formal warning and a 5 day ban. However, in the situation I would remain calm, let them and the other party (if there is one) explain both sides of the situation, search for evidence in the logs of the mass RDM to prove they did the offence that they are being in a sit for and explain to them the situation and why they are getting a 5 day ban. If they continue to insult me during my explanation I would simply mute them to ensure they understand their punishment clearly and proceed to ban them for 5 days, and notify the other admins of the person banned.

The precision tool doesn't work for a lot of GM ranks for some reason.

+support See Wesss around the ship all the time being friendly and helping people out, seems to always follow the RP in events and I'm sure he will be a great addition to the gamemasters.
