Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I believe that I deserve the rank of Trail Moderator for many reasons, such as to make the gaminglight community Better all the time. Other reasons i should be Trial Moderator are that I enjoy playing on the server and i love to help people, and want to make the experience for not just myself but everyone else. I'm a Purge SFC. I get on at 12 AM or 1 PM and i get off at 3 AM during the late hours when the GMs aren't on. i'm active most of the day and night so i would love to be helpful for staff. I take pride in communicating with new players and setting them on the right track. I've proven myself to my Superiors in Purge and Naval by showing my dedication and will to become better. With my years of experience of roleplay i fully understand that many things can get out of control and escalate and become worse. With me becoming a Trial Moderator i can hopefully resolve these issues before they escalate or even prevent them from happening in the first place. I never make irrational decisions such as take one side or just not listening and making my own judgement. I will and always have, listen to both sides and see where the conflict came from and see who's in the right or wrong.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would begin by gathering all the players involved with the Mass RDMing and separate them. next, I would pull the main Mass RDMer away and try to get them to calm down and talk clearly towards me. Then I would explain what they are doing is wrong and that it doesn't help that they are using inappropriate language. Whilst I explain what they are doing wrong I would look for signs of them not knowing the rules. Once this person is calmed down I would go check up on the others to make sure they are also calm and not being irrational. I then would ask them their side of the story and look for signs they also don't know the rules. After this, gather all the evidence of what they were doing for a reasonable punishment. After I gather all of the evidence I would talk to them about what they did wrong and tell them the punishment for their crime. I would then give them a formal warning for MRDM then Request a higher ranked staff member to assist with the ban. If the person were to LTAP or KTAP I would hand this information to a Higher Ranking Staff member for any extended punishment. I would proceed to do the same with the others but punishments will vary depending on the severity of what they were doing.
