Why Would You Like To Become The Rank Of 2LT?:I do miss being an officer in Purge and IQ. Hold trainings, doing sims, And doing the sub branch tryouts. I really wanna join back as an officer as Purge is significantly hurting in the activity department. I would love to see that improve a bit more as currently I dont see much of anything going on. Got to get those sims going again! Give away good prizes. MAKE PEOPLE BELIEVE AGAIN! PURGE RP!
What Could You Bring To The Inquisitorious Purge Officer Team?:
As I was already an officer before twice. I can bring a great many things. First off the knowledge of what to do as an officer. There is nothing more important than already knowing how to lead by example. The will and determination to get things done! Oh NCO's not meeting their quotas? Well maybe a little incentive to light that fire under them like a little tryout competition with maybe money or a promotion being the top prize! There is nothing I wanna change in the way things are done in Purge. I dont have any bright ideas or ridiculous requests. Just need to spice it up a bit to get people playing again. Thats all.

I do. Not too long ago I was at the rank of Colonel in Purge and Overseer in IQ

I understand that it is my responsibility that NCO's are teaching the enlisted. To lead by example. Also, to make sure that my quotas are being met.

I'm gonna support Titan because I know him personally. He is alot more serious of a player than I have seen in others
This whole thing behind the long responses (Which I know is like the rules and what not) but its ridiculous.
I know that Titan would work hard to better build up the 501st and thats why hes getting my support

There is a sole reason this man... Snubster... is recognized as the Voice of the 501st. (It ain't because he yells). Because he is the most passionate person (that I have witnessed) in the 501st regiment! I feel that given the rank of Vice Commander, he will not only succeed but excel to the stars! He has not only show time and time again his leading skills, Willingness to help the community, but also His determination and resolve for the community he loves and cares for very much. Snubster you have been the best mentor a fellow player could ask for and I know that you would lead the 501st through what ever challenge it may ever face. For this I give you my unconditional Support.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I wouldn't say i deserve anything. I would however like to join the staffing team because to be frankly honest. I do miss doing that type of work. Some of the staff members i have already met seem like the type of people i could be on a team with and do good things for this wonderful community. Wether im accepted or not. I will still make reports on a regular basis.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First and foremost. Keep calm. One thing I have learned is do not feed the raging beast. Talking in a polite and calm manner to help alleviate the situation and to hopefully calm down the person in the sit. If that fails and i wouldn't be able to get a word in. Gagging them could be another good option. All in all the main goal would be to calm them down to try and better understand their frustrations or get to the full picture of what just occured in that particular situation. Keep cool, stay calm, be professional.

Known oofbonk a little while working with him in Purge/IQ. Very nice, level headed, Patient. If anyone in that regiment that I would chose for a staff member. It would be him, This is why I have given him my support as a player of GamingLight.

That's why it needs to be trusted players with a decent enough rank. I would love to see this implemented. While GM training is already on, the officers who have been here for a good while should be able to have a small limited role for GM. For Sims, Training, and what they need. It would create alot of free up from Gm's to do server wide events. Even possibly make multi campaigns again.
Off world sever events that last for 1-2 days. Hell I miss that. I am, fully on board with an official Gm helper Role. This could be triumphant! This could also be good training for anyone who wants to be a GameMaster. They would need to be knowledgeable in Gmod Mechanics tho. If not they could be taught to a certain degree. This could be a stepping stone for future Gm's. Just my 2 cents-

Well, there are a few people who still know what happened and play to this day. I got off my DNT for IQ and Purge. But the discord was a ban from either one of them for me leaving the server. I just left. And got a permanent ban for doing so.

What was the reason for your ban (if you know it)? I had a bit of an issue with 2 staff member (Talila and Jenson) over google documents. When the argument went sour and I left the discord of my own free will, as soon as I left I got banned.
Why do you deserve to be unbanned? I don't feel an argument about google documents should keep me from enjoying the game. The only thing I did was argue. That's all.

I've seen striker doing a lot of good things with both IQ and Purge. I can think of no better candidate than him.
