Reason for Ban: Mass Racism 7. Dispute: I remember the event very well. Some day in November of 2020, I hopped on the Police RP server to grind a little bit as a Criminal. Of course as soon as I spawned in I needed to get my car in the dealership. As I was walking to the dealership, I was also talking to my friend via Discord or something I can't quite remember, and we began talking about operators and characters from the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare|Warzone. One of the operators names were "Yeagor," and then proceeded to say his name several times because I thought it was funny. These days I wonder why it was so funny to me. So, as you could probably tell, some kid by the name of Raze told on me to an admin and told him that I was saying the N word multiple times. I don't understand why he thought that since I am not a racist person, and at the time, I did not think I was saying an innocent name that sounded like a very hurtful racial slur. After that I was banned for 4 hours, then later indefinitely. Man to man, it has been almost 3 years now since this happened. Although I do not feel as empty as I did the day I got banned, every once and a while I get upset of the fact that even when I am 70 years old I could not play this server. This Police RP server was one of the sole reasons why I purchased GMOD to begin with. I even spent money on the server and was willing to spend more. If you guys could just give me another shot at the server, it would mean very much to mean. I have tried to play other Police RP servers and even other categories but it's just not the same as this Police Rp server. If you guys can't unban me for any reason, that's fine. I am not expecting much from this appeal since I have tried before and failed, but I never want to give up on this server, specially since I was banned for a bad reason. I don't really know why but I guess it really did sound like it because of my mic (not very good). So after that I did some appeals, both denied, so I took a break. Now I'm here again. I just want to say to the admins and Mods that I'm truly sorry for my actions and I was not myself that day. I know that you guys have high standards, especially on racism in these times, and I should not have been joking around with saying the name Yeagor, which sounds like the "n" word. If you unban me, just know that I am willing to donate money and play the game for a while with my friends, (I'll appreciate it). But if you decide that I'm lying that I'm just saying Yeagor so I can get unbanned, or you think I'm too childish to be a part of your server, then thank you for the fun I had on your server, and thank you for reading this appeal and making the decision. Another thing is that he didn't even give me time to explain, he first said you are banned for 4 hours, than later i saw it said permanent,. I was shocked because he didn't even give me a chance to explain to him. Anyhoo, i am sorry and i will never even say yeagoor again. I am very very sorry. Like really sorry. I have been accused of mass racism, but instead of saying yeagoor, the meme, I have been accused of saying the "n" word. I apologize. This is my favorite server in the entire gmod game, and it hurts in my heart that i am permabanned. Originally I was banned for 4 hours, then later changed to permanent . I will accept 4 hours, even a month, but I just can't accept permanent. I was also willing to donate too. Just know that I would never say the n word in my life, i will punish myself because it is wrong and racist, but some people say it. Also know that I apologize greatly...
