Question / Idea: Will 173 move if he is under surveillance.
Background Research: 173 will not move if under direct line of sight, so I was trying to figure out if we could get his movements from being on camera.
Hypothesis: The statue won't move when being filmed even if line of sight is broken.
Observations (What Happened During Test): Despite being on camera 173 did not show any unexpected behaviour. When direct line of sight was broken it was free to move, due to the nature of the video we were able to ascertain how it moves.
Evidence/Visual Stimuli: *Insert recorded evidence provided by Class-D personnel.*
Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): Only direct line of sight/direct viewing of the SCP will cause it to freeze. Recordings do not count but live viewing of the footage will cause him to stop in his tracks.
