I believe I should be promoted to the rank of Captain because I am a very hard worker, I am also very active, and dedicated to what I do. I also believe I should be promoted to the rank of Captain because I have experience in a low command. I also think I should be promoted to the rank of Captain because I have proven to be able to handle pressure and extreme situations. I have also shown that I can handle command situations professionally and proficiently. I also train cadets when there are cadets that need training when I am on. I also think I should be promoted to the rank of Captain because I have and show great leadership skills on and off duty. I also can bring all of the skills I have gotten from my two-plus years on the server. These are the reason I believe I should be promoted to the rank of Police Captain.

Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum):

I should be promoted because I am really active when it comes to the server and because I can be on at all times of the day and on for hours at a time. I am also really knowledgeable when it comes to the Police-Department and its duties. I know the police handbook to the back of my head and follow it when I am on PD. I also believe I should be promoted because I am a friendly and reserved person and can keep a level head when in a tense situation. I also believe I should be promoted because I have good experience with command because I am a former lieutenant and former MSGT in SWAT. I also have good professionalism even if the times are hard and mentally stressful. I also believe I should be promoted to lieutenant because I know the basic and advanced 10-codes and know all basic police protocols. These are the reasons I believe I should be promoted to LT.
