    Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): 
    I feel like I am ready for Captain because I have the experience of being a Colonel in SCU. I think I have been a Lieutenant for long enough and am ready to move up in the ranks, I am fully capable of running meetings and making sure lower enlisted/supervisors are in check. I am ready for the extra responsibility that comes with being a Captain. I feel like someone else could be brought into the LT spot if my Captain application is accepted. I feel I should be promoted to the rank of Captain because of my dedication and time to PD especially late at night. I feel like an overall good fit for Captain due to experience with Low Command and the fact all the departments I have been in I have at least been supervisor+, I feel I have the necessary skill set for the rank and feel I could do good for the department.

    This guy is one amazing guy I have ever met. Hes been command since I been SGT ( The guy who guided me as SGT)  which would be like a year now before he retired and then came back. But honestly I think him taking a step to Colonel is one of the biggest things I can agree with, this guy is professional and does his job well and helps other command and others out in the field.     3. I've had a lot of different complaints about you and your driving, professionalism, and general attuited all day today. 
    I see nothing wrong with this patrol officer as he and many others were simply reporting someone acting out of department policy which constituted appropriate action. 
    (Edit to addon about the driving situation I was told by not only the SNR the fact you was identifying both of you as "mall cops")

    2. In my POV I would like to see more detailed what would you do with someone mass rdming more then "I Would give them the correct punishment and asking what I should do"

    Now some feedback to you, I would start to play the community and just chill. Abie by all the MOTD rules and make sure what your doing is right and gain some more community rep ingame and overall in the whole GL Community.
