I do not believe she should be denied due to 2 weeks TIR but I do believe if she has shown the capability to hold the position and complete her duties to the best of her ability then she deserves it no matter TIR. I’ve always had good encounters with YD has always been a great command member.

Why should you be promoted (200 words Minimum): I would like to be promoted to the rank of Major because I feel like I am ready for the position, I am either a supervisor or low command in every department I am in and feel I possess the required skills to hold a position with the department. I have been my rank for exactly 4 weeks but I feel like I am ready for the next rank. I have always tried to hold meetings whenever I could and have held any PD I've seen on to the standard we require for everyone in the department. I try to roleplay any chance I can get and handle any reports as fast and as professionally as possible. I try to keep integrity and professionalism as key factors when dealing with reports on any sort of PD members as best I can. I try to help any members that are new and try to mentor them and help them grow within the community. I think I am ready to move up in the ranks yet again and think I will be able to perform my best and keep the key values of the department in check and be a role model to any members who look up to PD command to make them the best they can be and hopefully go places within the community. I know I have not been active in game but I have mainly been doing admin things within EMS and other things around the server. I am working on activity so before you say inactive I acknowledge it but please keep in mind I have been doing more admin related things. I thing I deserve a promotion as I am always wiling to be the one who's doing the dirty work so other command members can focus on the game and having fun, I thank all of you for reading this and hope to see you all on the server.

I think the rule is clearly stated, if not then I am reading this rule wrong.
Government cannot have text screens or props advertising their department unless it is the day before a tryout.
This to me at least clearly states what you had re worded, unless as Mini stated the rule seems fine as is. -

Reason for resignation: I have not been the most active on SRT and I feel that the spot I have taken up could be used for better people who can devote more time to the job. It was fun guys both times I was in the department and I thank you guys for having me but I am going to focus the few departments I am in. Goodluck guys shoot for the stars.

Here is what priority rules for running are just in case people are wondering:
Criminals must have a VALID reason to run from Police. This includes but is not limited to
Having a warrant for shooting at government
Your vehicle being wanted in a prior pursuit
Your life is threatened by an officer
It also states this:
Criminals may not engage in harmful and or felony acts for the following reasons
Merely being stopped for a traffic violation (Such as stopping in the middle of the street/running a stopsign)
An officer giving you a ticket
An officer bumping your vehicle
Any player merely coming up to you and speaking with you
Having a gun out while driving does NOT allow you to run from the police if you are in a traffic stop
These rules apply to player interaction as well. Do NOT randomly shoot players for stupid and or playful acts
RP situations out. Warnings will be handed out for breaking RP if priority situations are brought up without proper reason
This is sad that not a single one of you that have -supported know what priority rules are and the fact that it being "Bias" or because they do not like Lime King is absurd. At the end of the day no matter how small a rule it is still being broken which will require proper punishment. -

You was being pulled over for speeding, not possession of a illegal weapon. This is like running because you have some sort of firearm on a CC/Job that is not on it that you never brandished.
A family member being detained is not a valid excuse to run. Also judging by the video you were stopped in a intersection which is impeding traffic and the visual speeding as well as ran a stop sign. All of which are reasons to initiate a traffic stop. -

While I do see your point major crime has nothing to do with tickets. People do major crimes because it is a way to make money along with basing.
If we add limitations to TAC this will indeed make more crime happen but at the expense of more units being only standard patrol units with no experience/training to handle said situations.
Plus TAC depts. are CPL-SGT+ for a reason this means OFC Jeffery can't just join a TAC dept.
The EMS thing is for purely RP sake as sad as it sounds this is PoliceRP not CrimRP/Insta respawnRP we are a RP server and have EMS for roleplay. -

Experience is one thing, the ability to actually carry out such functions in a manner is another.
While I have minimal doubt in the knowledge you have (of course as anyone would with such longevity) there are times in which you at best are towing the line, or at worst discouraging or rude. Your professionalism towards either myself or sometimes others is something that I would've hoped improve and learn upon. Yet I cant see that engagement happening, least not to me. Perhaps I'm alone in this, yet it is what I think with my experiences and reactions. As such I regretfully hold this application with doubt. -

Great Lakeside is essentially one big loop and doesn't have as much drivable roadways as Rockford does. Great lakeside was a good map but got boring for a lot of people real quick. As much as I liked it, there are definitely better maps out there and in our current rotation than GLS.

* The damage counter (from what I have seen and was told) does not always display damage to a accurate degree.
