so the foundation are doing research in to physio-space (some underlying thing that makes us well human), then theirs a brake through and an email is sent out witch removed the human part of the foundation personnel then they saw how vile humans are and side with 682 and other SCPs to wipe out humanity, then MTF become "blinkers (173 clones)" and the foundation learns how to replicate certain SCPs properties begins the mass extermination of humanity. so more or less Foundation + SCP (the bad guys) vs CI with cool guns (the good guys)
