That's the thing though, some of those rules are not in the MOTD, if they are rules they should be written down somewhere.

Since neither of these are either foundation, D-class, CI whatever but can lie and scout for anyone. I have run into unwritten "rules" for them, such as they are not allowed to go certain places, but nowhere in the MOTD does it say these things. I have been verbally warned for unwritten "rules". Also uncuffing d-class is a common one. Is there some clarification on these, or can the MOTD get an update to reflect these changes?

Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I love to roleplay as medical whenever possible. Not just healing people but creating a fun environment on the server in medical. Currently I am a Senior Medic and would like to expand on my roll in the facility. I would like to become more involved In making the branches better and get a better view on how the other branches are doing.
Why should we accept you: I am very active on both medical and security. I follow the rules. I do not want to abuse the power of 05, I want to improve the RP of the entire server. I have been on the server for quite some time now. I know the rules fairly well. I should be accepted for my dedication to medical, not only that but I try to be helpful to all players with learning the rules and with RPing. I recognize what will be required of me when I am accepted, I won't disappoint. I am also very creative when it comes to roleplay healing and I am perfectly competent of making a treatment look as professional as is feasibly can.
AMMENDUM: YES, I DID DISS A SECURITY PT. I dissed a security PT Simon Says event, I was upset at myself not the actual event itself. I have apologized profusely I am deeply sorry that command feels this way about me and I will try my best to re-earn their respect. I know that everyone has made mistakes in the past. I want it to be known that I highly respect command, and wish nothing but the best for them and the entire branch. As indicated previously I would be more then happy to issue a public apology on this matter. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!

Apparently the whitelist is broken? Also medical high command can't whitelist for it. Either way I need the whitelist. Thank you.

None of those warns are on medical. Only one is recent. ALSO CONSARIO ISN'T RETIRED.

I think I would be a good ACM because of my activity. I am also on security but if I can heal and dish out damage I think it would benefit not only medical but the entire server. I have great trigger discipline. I will continue my activity on medical and probably increase it with this opportunity. I promise to continue to do my absolute best for the branch. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to selecting who gets healed first and who doesn't, as well I am very acquainted with the facility and its layout. to assist on moving around to heal others no-matter the situation.
10: (Bonus question, this is in no way required, but it gets you some brownie points) CI is currently raiding. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do? I would heal first do damage later.

10. Why do you think you deserve access to the Security Juggernaut Job? (60+ WORDS): My activity is very high, I believe juggernaut has a much better ability to control D-block then other security jobs, I am very accurate with all guns. I rarely if ever hit any of my fellow officers. I always follow orders when they are give. I also already have security heavy as a platinum. I promise to give 110% to the job just as I always have follow the rules and continue to shine as juggernaut.
11. Which weapon in the Juggernaut load-out would you use to hit a d-class in the middle of a crowd and how would you ensure to hit your mark?:The M60, burst shots to avoid hitting any fellow security with my shots.
