  1. Unnecessary Warn Appeal Your In-game: YUNG BLOCK SHOOTA Your SteamID: Weeder Griffin The admin's name in-game: Zerg The admin's steam name (If you know it): Unknown What warning did you receive MRDMx2 Evidence of the warn (REQUIRED): I have an active warn on my account from today, I didn't film it obviously but you could ask zerg as well if he remembers. It was put under MRDMx2 and if you checked the logs from that time I didn't kill anyone. You could also ask Jackers, who was central to this entire interaction. Why do you think this warn was false: Here is what happened and why I was warned. I showed up to my warehouse when I saw a random mafia leader and a cop who was snooping around doing a "safety check." As I was in character, I said something along the lines of "get out of here pig you don't have a warrant!" as he drove off into the distance I fired my pistol into the air. The officer must have heard it because he turned around and a gang of cops rushed the place guns blazing. This was pretty justified, but they tried to arrest the Mafia Leader (Jackers) for no reason, and I later confirmed with him that he had no weapons out or even on him, so they had no grounds to arrest him even for association, as I didn't even know this kid. When I showed up down the street from the warehouse and saw that they were arresting the innocent mafia leader, I couldn't help but feel like it was my fault. After all I was the one who stupidly fired my gun into the air, but I just got to respawn since I was actually fighting them and there was no EMS on. Meanwhile he gets cuffed and goes to prison because he WASN'T shooting at the police. I didn't think it was fair. It seemed like he was facing the consequences for my actions, so I felt obligated to do what I could to save him from his fate. Not realizing that this was a major rule break in the motd, I tried to kill him while he was cuffed. Luckily Zerg witnessed this and was able to stop me from actually killing him, but he did so by picking me up with his Physics Gun and putting me down with my feet clipped through the map, leaving me stuck there. He said something but I could only hear his mic for like a second. (I think he was flying in/out of range) So here I am, stuck in the map unintentionally by an admin where nobody can hear me. Because it was an admin who got me into this situation, it did not occur to me at the time to simply /report that I was stuck for someone to come help me. The police officers were still just barely out of mic range and the admin was presumably talking to them, so I thought if I just shot towards them again they would come towards me and I could explain my situation and possibly free myself, even if it meant going to prison. When I fired the shots, the admin came back, as expected. I could hear him clearly this time and he was angry. He said "stop trying to kill people!" and jailed me, also justified. He informed me it was against the rules to shoot someone in cuffs under any circumstance. I still explained that Jackers didn't do anything, but he said that I don't know what I'm talking about and that he saw him with his gun out, which is just a flat out lie because he didn't even have a gun, clearly he had just listened to whatever story the cops told him. At the time I believed Zerg because for all I knew at the time Jackers had a gun, but I later confirmed that he in fact did not have a weapon of any kind. So then Zerg said that if I shot at them once then he'd let it slide as a verbal warning but because I "didn't listen" to him the first time he is going to give me a physical warning for MRDMx2. What Zerg saw as flat out defiance to his demands was in reality just me not hearing what he was saying. Therefore, I think that this warn was the result of a misunderstanding and should be reversed on the basis that I go forward knowing not to try and "save" people from rule breaks/abuse of power with other rule breaks. Any extra information: Jackers is the name of the random Mafia Leader who was random arrested.
