    +Good Qualifications I believe with the Naval and cooperation with other regiments. Your real life experiences demonstrate maturity as well.

    -You leave your image and direction of Vader lacking. The scope of Vader covers the 501st, but is a lot broader. With Vader you could do a lot more then just be a regiment lead.

    -Your boots on the ground approach may not work as Vader and I encourage you to think bigger picture.

    Summary

    You are on the right track to becoming a good Vader I believe, but your application is leaving some to be desired a little everywhere. Try and think larger then possible then chisel out your Vader instead of trying to grow your idea of Vader from a seed. Some people call this a "Disney wish list" approach.

    + Nice experience and points you can bring into the server

    - Personally i havent seen you, you got some nice experience with being command on other servers. I want to personally see you having more experience in this community. 

    In conclusion you seem like a serious guy, the app is well made but a Senior High Command posistion should be taken by someone known in the community with alot of command experience on Gaminglight. And you being a good duelist doesnt tell anyone that you should be picked over others.

    Havent seen you do anything outstanding in Purge so far. I've only observed you doing roster updates and sitting AFK. The application is weak, and you are missing alot of points on how you need to act. Darth Vader is much more than RP, since you oversee most of the operations around the ship in all battalions.

    Overall I dont think you would be a good pick for Vader, your points you want to improve could be improved. You are a cool guy and serious though.

    Texas has exceded my expectations as an Officer. He is constantly striving to improve the battallion and makes sure to check in with troopers from all ranks to see if there is anything that they are struggling with and to get their opinion on how the battalion can be made better.

    Even when he is not on the server he makes sure to come into the discord and check that constant tryouts and trainings are happening so that we as a battallion can grow.

    He builds relationships with everyone he meets and knows how to have fun with different folk to make sure that they are comfortable and enjoying the battallion, not onlt that he also knows when things have gone too far and speaks to folk and gets them to calm down instead of resorting straight to punishment.

    Texas is a good leader and inspiring to his troops and in my honest opinion there is nobody else that I'd rather have as my Vice Commander.

    A couple things you can work on: 

    Make sure you follow your own advice, when you're on if you do tryouts and trainings it can encourage others to do so, leading by example is the best way to be in a Command position.

    Your activity is good however it could still be better, staying online can help promote activity within Shock because otherwise other people will just see it as a dead battallion.

    For future applications try flush it out more and explain how you're going to implement the things that you say you are going to.

    You are a current commander for the IC and you are doing a good job in there. You are also a cool guy, but I really don't see you as Darth Vader. I don't see much in your application or in-game that actually screams "I can be Darth Vader". It's a Senior High Command position and I think you should work on learning/gather high command+ experience and stand out a little more in the community. Being Darth Vader has a lot more to do than just RP.
